Yeah mate. I saw that. Besides the head restraints (which I don't need anyway) I don't see why it's so expensive? I can buy a brand new Sparco/cobra seat for $1100.

I was a massively different crowd this time which lots of people out there for the first time which is great to see. Not many 4WD cars out there at all... And silvia's galore! Once again, it was a well run event with great people everywhere. I'm happy that the next DECA is not too far away either!

Haha. you'll be disappointed that I might be in a sil80 at the next event if we get it ready in time. Me and 2 others (Femno-mat and DriftSX-Tim) are building a stripped out drifter. Will be sick.

Have you changed the thermostat? Since everything to do with cooling seems good there must be some form of blockage or restriction. I'm running 5W-50 or something like that so shouldn't be that? BTW my car would have hit 110deg if I kept on going. I needed to do a cool down lap about every 4-5 drifting laps.

Thanks anyway mate. I already have a recaro reclinable and the spacing of the harness holes are too close and cut into my neck.

Hi all. I'm chasing R33 GTR rims in any condition except buckled (don't care about gutter rash). Also after a fixed back race seat. Brands like Recaro, Bride, Sparco, Cobra would be preferable. Sending a PM would be best in case I don't check this thread. Thanks guys, Russ

I have had the same thing happen in motorkhana's and drifting every now and then. I thought it was getting starved for fluid. ie. not returning fast enough. Not sure though?

I have a PWR intercooler that I just put in last week. Air con condenser is gone and standard radiator (I heard GTR and GTSt radiators are the same). Vented bonnnet too. I got up to about 102deg on a few occations before I went for cool down laps. My car has seen 110 before and didn't really bother it too much although it's not a good idea. I'm going for a oil cooler setup soon and then thermo fans if I need it. What were your temps like? Were you with a bunch or guys with 32's? There was a garage that had like 4 really cool looking 32's.

Yeah I had the same problem. I tried running some 255's but they were just too grippy and I didn't have enough power to hold a slide. I ran some falkens at the end of the day and they were fantastic. I reckon some more power would help linking all the corners together. I had heaps of fun. I have a HKS 25-30 at about 14-15psi. About 200 atw's. Are you coming to DECA next sat Tim?

Nah that's cool. They look like gtst offset. I would only be interested if they were GTR offset
