    Try the advan AO50's medium compound. They have been fantastic for me. Although I'm not sure on the price difference between them and the dunlops.

    Exactly as I recieved them mate. I just threw em in and got an alignment by traction tyres. I've got some cusco caster rods to go in soon with some 33 LCA's. See how that goes. Thanks bro!

    I think with standard guards you've got decent tread as it is. If you like the fitment that you have now then just get the same in 18's. The tyre sizes would have a lower profile. Like 235/40/18 instead of 45 profile. Are you sure they're 255/45/17's? That seems a bit high?

    Just looking at results. There were only 4 cars quicker than me (+snowy and Aaron). And only 1 of them was a WRX. Now that's satisfying! haha

    Frieken Awesome. I had an great day. AO50's are soooo good. I didn't have traction problems at all. Susp felt really good too. It was a pretty balanced setup. Previous time was a 39.8 over a year ago. I really wanted a 36 but couldn't quite get there....

    What about Dimboola drags? haha. I know horsham well. I work for powercor so I'm up there a lot. I once spent 8 months working at the transmission station out on williams road. Not hard to beat the N14 cos it's got drive shafts up front.

    Sweet. Deca is Nov 7th! Get there! Sil80 will still be a while away. All parties involved have been busy. We built the trailer and lots of other things since we decided to do it. Latest is that it's been stripped and we've ordered the first parts of the cage (main hoop and front legs) and then we'll go about bracing it all. Where do you live? Are you regional vic?
