  1. Need more info? Ecu? has it been tuned at all? (I would hope so but gotta ask!)
  2. Nothing happens. Life continues as per normal. And I assume you mean coil cover?
  3. Pretty sure you cant measure it like you suggested as the trigger voltage is only applied for the dwell duration to excite the coil each fire (3ms). You would need an oscilliscope to measure it with the car running. You could easily figure out which one is the 12v supply with your suggestion though
  4. C34 has plastic tank and the lid is held on by a spin on ring. That seems metal and lid bolts down = m35? At a glance very similar.
  5. That is a whack result. Scottynm35 has seen huge power through stock mani, Not sure what your issue is, many things to check but I hope you can get it sorted out.
  6. The thing is you could be hitting stoich no worries but retarded timing will need larger throttle openings, hence worse consumption. its not enough to have a stoich ratio.
  7. please provide link to your researsh
  8. Settle down. explain to me how an engine when built has a certain compression test result, then when worn had a lesser compression test result? Did it's comp ratio drop? can you run more boost cos it has less comp ratio? NO. explain how comp ratio effects the comp test results please
  9. No. But I have unbolted heaps of things and bolted heaps of things back together. It's not rocket surgery.
  10. Maybe it was meant to be 120. thats more realistic
  11. No as the comp ratio doesnt effect the compression test. it just ensures the rings and valves are sealing as they should.
  12. You need a decent compressor as it's a large volume to fill with pressure. I would think the stock inlet pipe would split with pressure in it.
  13. Yes you could have a leaky injector. So could anyone.
  14. Its not the difference of how full, but how empty it is when you fill it. Accuracy of fuel gauge and how far you are willing to with the gauge below the E.
  15. Lol, sick exhaust in the pic dude! is that 1.75 inch?
  16. Yep lower number is hotter. Has anyone checked their timing? That would have an impact on economy. Also should be talking litres per 100 ks as too many variables with a 'tank' of fuel.
  17. Sounds wrong. That's too high.
  18. I havent heard of case hardening ever being that thin. usually it is around .2 and surely .02mm would be pointless as case hardening. Unless it was .02 inches thick
  19. Did you do this? Or just replaced stuff for fun? Narrowing it down to a cylinder would have helped you determine if it was a coil pretty easily.
