Mate well done with your wicked effort at the 4,6 & Rotary Nationals. That car absolutely hammers and boy it sounds awesome! Finally into 9's, all that hard work has paid off. Now all you have to do is put a passenger seat in it so you can take me for a 1/4 run in it Rob (aka Shade boy ). p.s. dont you just love the drive home from these events, everyone wants to drag .. 180km run with a VL later :bahaha:

PM Ed about the Melb one ... as for Syn BD4's sell the FconS which is a newer model of the FconV , plus they are a HKS authorised dealer (which you need to be to do Fcon)... give them a call I am pretty sure there should not be a prob tuning it. there at either www.hks.com.au or www.bd4s.com.au

Have thrown the FconV onto the for sale section, $1100 but negotible, ready to plug straight into an R33 GTSt... just need to get it tuned either in Melb or Sydney.

Ed: Umm I am not 100% if it would suit an R34 with a Neo or not... I am still trying to find someone to tune it and if not I am going to sell it... I am going to ring Tillbrooks today as they are prob the only ones if any that would do it here in Adelaide. If they do I will ask them if it will suit an R34. I would not be asking a great deal , It also has an Apexi engine management module with it aswell + had a hand controller for that too but it got stolen out of the car when was at the importer, still trying to get that back... I will keep you posted mate, I want to find out exactly what is what before saying yes it will work on your car or no it wont. I think its fully programmable so I guess it would suit most cars... If I sell I would be asking under the price of a Power FC for SAU members. If I sell on ebay then I will be asking alot more.

I do have a HKS FconV for sale will all the cables....came off a R33 GTSt Spec II.... if anyone is interested let me know.

2 Months, can't wait! Lets hope this becomes a regular event, would be great to see drift really catch on here in Adelaide and Australia. Hmm Intercooler will be in by then, may have to give it a go out there. what would be great is if some sort of training lessons could be organised.. I mean I would love to really get into drift but need to be shown the basics to how it is done by people who know how to do it and well. If this is done then we can teach others, and others can teach there mates etc.... that is when it will really start to catch on I think. Just my thoughts...

A cruise would be fantastic... have not been on one for ages. But I am not going to oganise it unless you want it to rain... talk to the old guys from SDU Everytime... I organise a cruise and it rains, regardless of the time of year. Damn if there is going to be one soon I have to get my rear in gear and get the Intercooler installed.

Do you get any noticable change in fuel economy?, I was told its possible to get an extra 100kms's out of a tank once a Power FC is installed? That is a big issue with my car at the moment as I drive up to the mount barker area from the city atleast 2-3 times per week... and I would love to be able to get more km's out of my car...even if it means a conservative tune with less power. Joel: are you still able to get the power fc's at the $1300 pricetag? I like the idea of the Microtek, but dont like that you dont get any fuel economy improvements.

What is the address of this place? Who else is going?, I am keen to spectate.

They supply all the cars in HPI when they compare cars... so must be ok I guess.

Yep Viper closed down as of today. Was to much of a head f*** under the new rule. Apparently they are getting ultimate stick at Regancy aswell. Mate I love Danny's 180sx , that paint job is fantastic!

Viper or Prestige...both are good... Prestige seem to get lots more cars though thats all. Viper are pretty busy at the moment as well so may take longer to get a car. All I know is if you are importing then u better hurry. Or you could also go to Synergy *barf barf* ... haha they have a sweet Black 180sx in the yard with white volk racing wheels ...hmm prob want 30k for it lol.

Joolz, 2 words Prestige Motorsport .... they rock. If you are looking at importing then they are the go. Just tell them what you are after and they will find it. 18k....she is dreaming.... no way that is worth 18 solely because of the KM's ....like Matt said if it was prev clocked back then imagine the km's it may have really done!... crazy stuff. Just import one, you cant go wrong... and you save big dollars at the same time. But you better hurry , compliance plates are running out big time from what I have heard.

That is a lot of KM's bro on a boosted turbo engine....... Worth paying a bit more for a lower km example. Hell pay another 6 or so k and get a 1998 RPS13

Joolz, Well first think is to check for wear and tear..such as the kick panels, steering wheel , and pedel.. especially if car is low km's... if these are worn then you can probably bet there not the exact k's. Plus try to get a stock car, sure you will save money in the start by getting a modified car (intercooler, boost controller etc.. ) , but when the engine does a rod because its been thrashed and boosted to hell in its previous life then all that money plus shitloads more is lost. Plus its much more fun to see a stock car turn into your dream car with your own handywork . Umm other than that I guess just go for a drive see how it feels. Hmm or you can just do what I did and import it and never drive it until its here.... nothing like being able to tell people u imported your car plus saves big $$$.... and not so risky if you go for a stocker like I did.... no probs really except ones I have caused Umm anyone else. my 2 c.

Clint Yeah heard about that from a mate who was in town, I went that way home too but at that stage there was no accident so much have happen not far after I went through there. GTR King Yeah cruise was um ....interesting.. think we got more lost than actually cruised :lol:
