  1. ^^^What? good to see juzz, its going to be good with all the Rwd's, dont bother with semi's.. save them for the new year.
  2. I have been under the impression that to run full slicks at a track day you need to have a cage. I cant find information on this anywhere in the cams book or website. If this is the case, can anyone tell me the details and where they found this info.. Cheers
  3. ^^^Calder or Sandown?
  4. Sandown can be your 'practise day', to get you ready for the big SAU/WRX Calder debuet. Then pay back Mr AMEX card with the 70hrs over time... its just so easy
  5. Wil try to be there.
  6. Happy b'day Bec!
  7. haha, they are intimidated by all the RWD's that have entered too!
  8. ^^^ mate, call pack and send. they are good, cheap and easy. and will insure. 1300668000
  9. Ferni: na, no times, was on the small track. but i recon it would be pretty close, maybe a bit quicker in a straight line, and a bit more grip in the corners - slicks compared to my plastic tyres.. but mine would handle better if it had grip. Geoff, i believe its about $200.
  10. These guys were good like that. they say you can go as slow or as fast as you want, as long as you dont keep going off.
  11. Cheers guys, Wasnt sure what to expect of the day, but now i can recomend this to anyone who wants a crack at the track in someone else's car with a bit of help. The cars are ss's and XR8's but are stripped, have dba brakes, slicks, better clutch and a cage. They are a bit of fun, except that they have ABS and traction control.. (it would save them a heap of money on tyres). My instructor was a champ, i had a gift certificate for 5 laps, and we did 9! not complaining! If anyone is stuck for a presant for someone, i recomend this Thanks for the photos bigbird
  12. A.S. is Australian Standards. (i believe). Seat belts are part of compliance, so you will be fine.
  13. If you think that you will be fine then you can just go for it. Thats what i and a few i know did. none of us were queried about it. Saying that, if you arent so confident then DT is the way to go.. also, has your car been in any magazines? (do-luck) looks familiar....
