I have to agree with Snowy, i think that this was the best DECA yet, and i didnt even drive?! Best night out on the town for me, our third stop for the night was.... different. Doing shep laps in some locals r33 with wayne abusing all the gangstars was great value! Big thanks to Juzz, Ray, Snowy and Leewah for letting me take their cars for a run, just getting out for a couple of runs was satisfying enough. (I really think that the abs went spaz on your car juzz, it had me stuffed why it wouldnt stop!? but hilarious none the less!) Bring on August! Word of advice. If Mav ever calls you at 4 in the morning, DONT ANSWER!!!!!!!!!!

i agree with you wayne. If i had suffered a traumatic injury of some sort (to my head most likely) which inspired me to do this to a car, i would want it to turn out like that.

Was another great day at pi. two weeks in a row and the car didnt miss a beat. Was great to see all the guys with the dattos finally out there having some fun. good work to the guys who came down and took some photos. Really happy with my time, and i still think there is another 2 seconds to be had. Lots of slower traffic making the day a little interesting/frustrating. So different to WRX days, so relaxed, yet so strict on strange things... wasnt a fan of the crack down on in car cameras, which i spent ages making up a mount for, only to have them say noone could use cameras at all after the practice!?? Bit of bad luck for one of the Datto girls, rolling her car into an imbankment at the second last turn. Very lucky she had a cage.

Im in as of now, and competing! two weeks in a row. My car is going to hate me. i Just put it all back to standard, now it all has to go back on... its a hard life... poor mate busted his gearbox in his datto, and he needed to fill his spot or its money down the drain. 1;56, here we come. Do we know of anyone else here thats competing???

Good to hear it. my suggestion for that would be use all your bits to make a strong reliable engine with a bit of power, and spend some money on things like suspension, wheels, brakes etc. If you are going to speak to ray, he will probably give you a good insight into what you could do to make a fun and reliable car for track days without spending heaps of money, but getting good value from the upgrades...

What a day. full of surprises, mostly bad ones but none the less i had a ball! Goodwork by all the fancy yellow vest wearing people, we appreciate it. You need to be a financial member of an affiliated club, such as SAU, and you will need a 'Level 2 Speed' Licence. the forms are on the CAMS site i believe. Im sure that the sandown rounds will have DT too.

I really enjoyed your car, although it was only a short burst in it. The biggest difference imo between the SR and RB is the off boost lack of torque in the 32, which is the same as big birds car too and the old GTS-4, which in the case of a tight twisty motakhana may be a bit of a hindrance, but once the boost comes on its got some decent balls. That wouldnt even be a problem on the track. Next Deca take mine out, see what you think. ill be there too, setting the benchmark for stock SR power. Cant wait to get back out there!

adz, your is probably at the bottom of jarrods pool, next to a couple of brisby's phones.. I am so glad i stopped drinking at rochford, im surprised that noone passed out *cough* mav and pete *cough*! Was a good day, and a good crowd, hopefully next year is just as good without the heat!
