I have a problem with my R33 tail-lights (and I know I'm not the only one) where during the brake pedal being pressed, one side lights up less than the other - they still light up but it seems the top part of the problematic tail-lights are very dim. Anyone got any clue as to how to fix it? Also, how readily available are replacement bulbs? Is there one bulb per tail-light unit (eg 2 total) or one per light (eg 4 total)?

Check the For Sale section for people wrecking their cars - thats where I got my power window switch unit. Replace it asap as mine was like that and one day the switch got stuck in the down position (although it looked in the neutral position) and this caused the motor to wear out and die. In short - this made me have to replace the switch unit as well as the power window motor - not cheap at all.

You will need new latch mechanisms if you want to fit a GTR bonnet - not even sure if a GTR bonnet will line up properly with the more square Series 2 headlights.

There will be a negligible power difference between X-Force and HKS. However the exhaust note will be different. Personally I think the X-Force ones sound excessively loud and droney while the JDM branded ones sound better and also quieter. And no your car won't need a tune after an exhaust system is fitted. I have a GReddy Type-S atmo BOV on my auto. My car used to stall a fair amount - everyone said it was the BOV but even when I plumbed it back it still still stalled. Fast forward to getting a SAFC installed - no stalls now and I'm still running an atmo BOV.

Umm why did you join a Skylines forum asking about Alfas?! Anyway I think most Alfas look like sex but the FWD drivetrain turns me off.

Agree with what JCMarshall_Law says. The R33 seems like its a great buy but buy it to keep it for awhile and not to sell it soon(ish). Otherwise if you want the R34 that badly, keep saving up.

I have the Justjap Type 2 kit. It's 2.5" piping + end tanks If you have 3" end tanks, you'll have to chop up even more of the front bar as the end tanks are the things which take up the most space on the bumper.
