It's a good engine technology but it's WAY overhyped by Honda fanboys. VTEC is just variable valve timing but you don't see Toyota and Mitsubishi fanboys harping on about VVT-i and MIVEC.
I wouldn't have a problem buying the ones from that group buy.
Mid range there is the BJ Union ones which my brother has fitted on his Lancer - pretty good quality.
Top range are the Phillips and Raybrig ones.
Some bulbs (eg H4) are used both as high beam and low beam.
Therefore H4 HID kits can also be used both as high and low beam - that is why they are usually more expensive than dedicated low beam HID kits.
Japan V35 = USA G35
350GT is the best version of the V35. Comes in both coupe and sedan form. Has the VQ35DE found in the 350Z.
You're thinking of the GTR-Proto, not the V35.
Erm no contest really. The only thing the VTIR would beat the GTS-T in would be fuel economy.
I've been in a VTIR and no, it does not go anywhere near as hard as a GTS-T
lol stealth mode
I think I spotted primordial on Castle Hill Road just then.
White R33 series 2 (series 2 front bar) with GTR wing and white number plate starting with 'A'
What happened makes sense then.
Light comes on at around 15L - since you didn't see the light, we can assume your fuel level was >15L
If you pumped 46L and may have had 20L left, it'd go over 65L.
If you have replaced the stock one with the Blitz one, why do you want to block it?
The only solution is to plumb it back or to put the stock one back.
FMIC by itself doesn't do anything for extra performance. It allows you to run higher boost pressure. It is also a safety-net sort of part as FMIC will make your car run better on hot days.
PowerFC will let you control air/fuel/ignition etc.
Most people will get the FMIC first but if you don't want to increase boost pressure you may want to get the PowerFC first - this will allow you to do changes like run better AFRs which will make your car perform better as well as conserve fuel in the top end.
