  1. Put a Do-Luck kit on it and you'll have a hot ride!
  2. They are stock Nankangs. Bloody shithouse too if you ask me!
  3. Just a quick question. What pressure do you guys have your tyres pumped to? I recently had a flat (never found out why it went flat btw - the guy said he couldnt find anything wrong with the tyre after significant testing) and afterwards the person who mounted it back on said to fill them all up to around 36 psi. However I checked on the side of the wheel and saw a max of 35. In the end I just filled them to 32. Interestingly most of my tyres were in the mid 20s prior to me checking. Any suggestions? Cheers!
  4. Although mine isn't turbo I think my say is still valid. I just downchange at the start to get me down to a lower speed (say around 40kph). During this I'll rev match to decrease engine wear (accelerating slightly as you change down the gear in order to match the target rev range of the gear - for eg. say you are going 50 in 3rd which on my car would be around 2500 rpm, if I change to 4th after braking slightly, say around 40 and change down, I'll rev to around 3000 rpm which is the rough rev level of 40 kph in 2nd - this will stop the car from jolting or the engine from being revved to frequently). Once I get to around 20 kph I'll just put the car into neutral to give my left foot a rest when I've stopped.
  5. 4LISIK IT's MAH pHAT CoroLLAAAAAAA BROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
  6. Hey, Just watched the intro to the 7:30 report. Seems that there will be a snippet on hoon drivers. If someone could capture it it would be great. I would record it, but the process of transferring it to my computer just isn't worth it. Check it out (should be on in about 10 minutes) Cheers
  7. Omg It's A Rip Off I Would Rather Have 20 S13's!!!!!!!!1111111111111111111111 And A Ferarri!!1111111111111
  8. Just was wondering, what are the different badges on the front of Skylines and what do they mean? I have a non-turbo R34 with a full Altia body kit and it has a red S badge on the front of it. Yet there are heaps of other R33's (particularly series 1) and R34's with simple silver S badges. I was just wondering why this is? I thought it might be to do with my factory body kit, but I'm not sure. Cheers!
  9. I still don't have the cash atm. I don't know if I would be able to pay that much anyway, even though it does sound like a good deal.
  10. Hey, This is a bit of a random rant, but my dad bought me a copy of a Japanese publication called SKYLINE GT-R No. 3 (from what I can tell it's published by the company Hyper Rev or something along those lines). I wish I could remember the Japanese I learnt at school! It's got so much good stuff in it. Profiles on all of the major tuning companies GTRs, a fairly comprehensive wheels section (each modelled on a lovely R34), as well as entire sections of car hardware grouped into relevant catergories. I was wondering if there is any sort of English equivalent to this? Basically its like a magazine, but has heaps and heaps of information about Skylines! It's a great magazine (even if I can only look at the pictures), and I certainly have an idea of what wheels to get for my car now. I still wish I could understand the content though! I've forgotten most of the kanji and hiragana now Almost compells me to pull out my Japanese school books again Oh and also on a totally unrelated matter, I just got 2 20cm Nismo stickers which I'm going to use one above my front left headlight (see PranKs GTR for reference). Does anyone know if I should do anything before applying the sticker, other than the obvious point of making sure its clean around that area (I have to wash my car - it's filthy!) Cheers
  11. Go the R32. Civics are a dime a dozen.
  12. I know that Jack32 has an R34 GT-V which should be ready for sale fairly soon (I believe). I don't know which state he is from though, but I suggest you try PMing him. The GT-V is tiptronic and Non-turbo but to me looks a bit sedanish when compared to other R34s (just my opinion though!) Check this thread: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...ead.php?t=49095
  13. Sony Ericsson T630 For Sale This is a superb phone. I am only replacing it to upgrade to it's successor the K700i. The T630 was the successor to the T600, and fixed alot of the faults associated with the T600 such as a dark screen and poor quality camera. The camera still will not take any masterpieces, but certainly is good enough for taking with you for a night out with mates (it's great fun reviewing photos of the previous nights events which you don't even remember ;P) The screen on the mobile has been replaced since I bought the phone (by an official sony repair centre), as I cracked it after having the phone for only 2 days. The screen has a warranty however, and the rest of the phone is in absolutely perfect working order. The only imperfection is a few minute scratches on the back of the phone (I will take some pictures of them if possible - my camera doesn't like me getting so close to objects so I couldn't in the first batch of photos without it blurring). Inspection is welcome for serious buyers. For more information visit: http://www.imobile.com.au/PhoneReviews/def...=reviewsmay0401 http://www.imobile.com.au/Streetprices/def....asp?manid=eric You will notice that the site lists the RRP of the phone as being $650. I saw it advertised today as having an RRP of $750, so I am not entirely sure which one is correct. I would suspect the true RRP to be around $550, but you might want to check with a Telstra shop to verify this. I am welcome for offers (pending on the price of my new phone), but the buyer will have to pay for shipping costs if sent interstate. Please PM me or email me at [email protected] for more information. PRICE - $400 ONO Cheers! NB - I didn't realise that this section was still open for posting so I already posted this advertisement in the classifieds. If you aren't allowed to post an advertisement in this forum as well as the classifieds please tell me and I'll delete this post asap!
  14. That's sweet. Some of that looks like snow, but I can't tell due to the quality of the pictures.
  15. It's actually hail http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...ead.php?t=50339 There are my pictures of the event. Luckily the house we're renovating didn't get nailed, and my car was underground BTW I saw you at North Sydney last week sometime. I was in the White R34 with the excessive wang. Nice car mate!
  16. Here are the snapshots! Pretty intense! I hope the house we're renovating in an area near by didn't get hit :| http://www.nsperformanceclub.com/Jono/Hail/start.jpg http://www.nsperformanceclub.com/Jono/Hail/during.jpg http://www.nsperformanceclub.com/Jono/Hail/finish.jpg http://www.nsperformanceclub.com/Jono/Hail/after.jpg http://www.nsperformanceclub.com/Jono/Hail/closeup.jpg http://www.nsperformanceclub.com/Jono/Hail/garden.jpg http://www.nsperformanceclub.com/Jono/Hail.../streetview.jpg Luckily my car was parked in the underground garage

    Hail!

Jesus, A massive hail storm just hit North Sydney in a South/South East direction. It came from Chatswood/Epping way and is heading towards the Lower North Shore and Eastern Suburbs (rough guess). If you have your cars out on the street and see this, try get it undercover! It looks like it's just snowed here! They got up to the size of golf balls, and my mum who was in the Chatswood area (got her car undercover luckily) said they were nearly the size of tennis balls there. I'll post pics after resizing them! Cheers
  18. I personally would go the 200sx. To me they look alot nicer and are newer and therefore more cost effective.
  19. hahaha. The dealer who sold it to him probably just badged a GTR and stuck them on this guys GTS-T
  20. Btw Krayziu how did you manage to get that car past the power to weight ratio restrictions in Vic?
  21. Mines a daily driver and so far all my scratches are self inflicted. 2 to the under side of the bodykit (ie. can't be seen) and 1 on each of the back rims (damn carparks )
