  1. manual rear cradle so no can do. troy that looks good, not too sure on the chrome strip though, might work
  2. haha yeah right darren, That's weird, I've got 9.5 +12 with 245 45. no camber adjustment in the back. it looks like as the camber increases on compression it hits. So if add some more positive it might fix it.
  3. So since installing my coilovers I'm having the same problem as ghost. Wheel and tyre hit the coilover now on compression. The gap is a couple mm different on each side which is weird. I've raised the back but it still does it on big bumps. will have to figure something out. all fun and games when you want "fitment"
  4. Very purty mate, congrats. and about fuel, There is'nt one fuel that better, seems some people get better on one vs another. I use BP ultimate as it seems to work best for my car, but atm using v power as theres a shortage. Best bet is to try them all and see for your self.
  5. you two have insane stags! i installed my cusco coilovers and adjustable arms in the front sitting pretty now, might roll the backs and drop it a tad more, but dont want to go stupid low.
  6. I've got the clips somewhere, you can use any mesh I'm pretty sure. Happy to send them your way. PM me your address.
  7. yeah have you pulled them out of the car yet?? also got my dolphin grill painted with touch up paint. colour match is a little off, but its only temporary.
  8. hahah that was me great price!!
  9. love what your doing with the car. i don't get the steering wheel though, you were talking about liking the impul seats because they blend in with the interior, and then want to put the loudest steering wheel iv ever seen! But its your car. Those wheels do look sexy
  10. fair enough thanks for the advice guys, didn't get a chance to before paint but yeah that does make sense.
  11. Thanks for sharing your story, really interesting, shame about the roo though! I've towed twice with my stag, both time car and trailer were about 1800kgs. Handled really well with the Koni's tightened all the way up. Slow up hills but no where near like my mates 1HZ 100 series cruiser. Haven't tried with my newer wider wheels yet. Cant wait to get a nistune after hearing your results. Do you use 5th when towing? I've heard its not a good idea to tow in over drive but cant seem to find a definitive answer.
  12. yeah sorry i was replying to you ghost. That's interesting to know if i go adjustable suspension later on, that i'll be limited my my wheels. food for thought. hope you get it all sorted.
  13. Thanks Marko. Yeah went through insurance but bought the panels myself and they dropped the excess to compensate. Wheels will be back on soon. Have to roll the new guard and the paint is still soft so might wait a bit.
  14. It must be the camber you've got because I'm also running 18x9.5 +12's with 245 45's and no issue at all. stock suspension with nismo springs
  15. just found this photo. Stag came in handy moving houses! everything but white goods done in one trip
  16. damn, i looked at agreed value, but the premiums were alot higher, and i never thought i would have to claim...
  17. Unfortunately this is the latest photo of my stag. insurance wanted to write it off, seems anything over 10 years old(and hard to find parts for) isn't worth fixing. Had to work out a deal with the panel beater to supply the panels needed and hopefully they will fix it. Wasn't really that bad but dents and scratches on most of the front panels. Anyone else had run in's with insurance on imports?
  18. that looks sick, love the number plate
  19. thanks Sabbai yeah pipster they are great sizes, they poke a bit, wouldn't be able to run "proper" fitting tyres and a decent sidewall size. Rears fit great, even towed a car on them this weekend and went fine. The fronts need the lips rolled as they scrub at the moment but nothing crazy.
  20. They're 5Zigen GN+ in 18x9.5 +12's with 245 45's slightly stretched.
