  1. I remember your old liberty quite well, wanted to buy it for a while but didn't have the money at that stage. Was tempted to get a very nice RS instead of the 34 but the age factor weighed heavily against it. And it was a 92 william
  2. Thanks. Any help is appreciated. Just wanted to really know whether I would have to do some serious disassembly to get to the back of the bulb or not. Just haven't got a lot of time to spend taking things apart and putting back together.
  3. I will be up for one. Have the nismo front bar so should be the same fit as yours Bass.
  4. Just got home and had a look at the back of the assembly and have NFI how to get the bulb out. The instructions in the manual don't explain it either. I'm presuming you have to at least take the assembly off the car to take it out?
  5. Tried a search but couldn't find what I was looking for. My Xenons have been converted to halogen bulbs for compliance as with most 34s. One of the park lights(i think the one at the edge is the parker?) has gone and I need to replace it. I wanted to know what type of Halogen bulb I will need to buy to replace this and any suggestions on where to get these from? Any specific tips for dissasembling the headlight would be great too. Thanks.
  6. My 34s left mirror doesn't always fold in either. Sometimes it refuses to budge and other times flick the switch a few times and then it will fold in. The auto windows have to be pushed all the way down or up to go up/down automatically. If you just tap it it only moves a little bit, push it all the way down/up and auto mode should engage.
  7. New to the forums, thought I'd say hi. Got my 34 GT-T a few weeks ago now. Keen for a cruise sometime because still have lots to learn about the 34 compared to my old liberty.
  8. Hmmm. Don't really understand how they can ever justify the prices. I saw quotes differ by upto $3000 from the same company in a 2 week period. Quite happy with my comprehensive for my modded r34 at $2400 for a 23 year old. And I would recommend speaking to Robyn too, she couldn't quote me cheaper but was very helpful and very honest.
  9. No running issues at all. Basic mods on the engine, pretty sure it is the tcs. as it is happening at quite low revs ~3000-3500rpm as opposed to the higher rpms usually experienced with boost/fuel cut. As for the fuel defender I am not 100% sure but it was tuned to run as it is with the boost level and has been running it quite happily for over a year now.
  10. Hmmm.... After reading a few other threads I have realised this could also be boost/fuel cut? Since its running 13psi which is supposedly very high for a 34 I suspect this is more likely the issue?
  11. Sorry to dig up this old post but I've just got a GT-T and noticed that with the TCS on sometimes under hard acceleration the car seems to shudder when accelerating. It starts to accelerate hard then drops revs then goes again then drops revs etc. Doesn't do it with TCS off. I imagine this is just TCS functioning correctly by limiting revs when wheelspin is detected? In this case it will be switched off from now on unless its wet.
  12. If you are talking about Firenzas I would not recommend them at all. I have always believed in you get what you pay for and the Firenzas illustrate that. Had 4 of them on my liberty and it was great in the dry but horrid in the wet. The Falkens I was running previously were much better in the wet.
