defently do a degrease and see exactly where it coming from from. if you do have to change the seal, the oem ones cost about $80!! i went for an aftermarket which looked exactly the same and cost me $20. no probs so far (touch wood) steve -

no you dont, you start with no points and you gain them! which is why they are called DEMERIT points i currently have 5 demerit points against my driving record. which mean if i get 7 more i lose my lic. etc people always get it wrong, but it easier to say it the other way. steve

m ake sure your afms are the problem before you go opening them up, maybe borrow a set off mate for a few mins etc

doesnt it bring the time back to the nearest hour? e.g if its 12:30 itll go back to 12:00 etc etc?

Loosening 2 Way Diff?

well i took it for a lap arond the block a few times (20 times!) and it seemed to be a lot quieter than whats it was when i first got it, although i didnt do too many tight turns etc. steve -
ok guys, do a ecu diagnostic check, thatll tell you whats causing the problem. mine said the afms were faulty so when i jiggled the afm plugs it work for a bit. so i fixed the afm plug wiring and it still didnt help. so yesterday i open one of the afms and found the solder joints were all cracked. they didnt looked cracked but when i removed the plug all the joints let loose!! 10 secs of soldering fixed the problem! steve

well thats the thing, this area is almost remote, and its a newly built dual lane road. Id be real worried if there was kids running around there. Also as mensioned above i only stepped on it for a few seconds to pass a couple of cars taking up the right lane, which is exactly where is got me! anyways, shit happens so i guess ill have to pay for it...... steve

no it wasnt a school, as a matter of fact it was in a new area, where there are empty lots of land and no houses on one side. also, the slow drivers were driving slow for at least 1k before the camera, so theres no way they could have seen it. it sux but what can ya do....
