    R35's Too Common

You want uncommon hmm? The toyota ex A1 GP car is on parramatta road at the toyota dealer near my uni (sydney) I didn't get a chance to go look at it today though
  7. SHANE666 you replied first mate, so it's yours. I'll throw a PM your way with my details. I don't expect any money so don't worry
  8. Hey fellas, I've had my exhaust (which cuts off nearish to the cat) sitting in my laundry room for the last 7 months.. I need to get rid of this thing now.. It's 2.25 inch with a 4 or 4 and a half tip, oval shaped muffler. Fairly quiet too if you're worried about the po po. The exhaust was made/ordered in and installed by hi-tech around a year ago. I don't know what you want to do with this thread eugene as it's not a for sale thread, I just wanted the N/A guys to get see it first. Oh and here's a video of it Incase you didn't check my info to the left I'm based around the Bondi area.
  9. Lol if a car gets stolen how are they ever going to tell it was a turbo if it never gets recovered ?
  10. Get some stickers made up and hand them out to a couple of people in the car community.. E.g Something like.. I am not a hoon! Whether or not that just spurs them on to pull you over even more is up in the air..
  11. Yes
  12. haha hell yea! I've beaten them and the RTA THREE times in court.. Well technically I didn't beat them.. They were wrong and tried to lie.. You don't do that with me.. I have resources
  13. Won't change much.. Except for the cops who seem to enjoy power tripping. They'll probably be pushing this as far as they can.
  14. Lol did my thing there, but quit now, uninstalled threw out all my cd's. Feels so good.
  15. Good to know mate, nice to see some police pitching in around the forums. The only worry we have are the small percentage of cops that are either extremely by the book or are just out to get someone for anything lol E.G I pull up next to some cops and say hi, how's it going yada yada. Do it again with another cop and he'll pull me over thinking I'm trying to be a smart ass?! lol.
  16. Yea you can get raped.. But driving a turbo skyline on your P's is just asking for trouble.. There's plenty of other turbo cars out there you can drive which will attract less attention.. As long as you're sensible and don't drive at stupid hours etc you'll be fine. I hate the people who say THE LAW IS THE LAW YOU ARE BREAKING IT!!! Some laws are a little grey.. Like this no turbo one, it was just a bandaid on a broken leg.. There have been more fatalities for P platers since these laws came in.. The government just caved in to the media.. If Person X is driving his daddy's BMW something something 2007 model pushing out 190kw's+ And Perxon Y is driving some new Holden VE making 200kw's+ but still P plate legal.. Why is it person N driving a rock stock turbo skyline, silvia, subaru or what ever making far less power than these newer cars P platers can still drive is in the wrong? IMO Person N is far more concerned about the well being of his car than person X or Y is, because he/she appreciates cars and their worth (In most cases) The best way to fix the problem is driver training.. Getting people in the car, spinning them out in the wet, getting the rear end loose, scaring them a little, but doing it in a closed environment so they can see how quickly things can go wrong.. But the government can't be assed spending money on something like that, so instead we have our revenue raising police heading down to all sorts of places e.g Harry's defecting a bunch of guys who want to get a god dam hot dog. Why not have the 'Highway' Patrol cops actually put their road knowledge to some use and try to pass it on to the younger generation instead of nailing every tom dick and harry for a f**king pod filter?!
  17. I lost mine for 6 a few months back.. It was NOT fun.. The first 3 months seem to fly by, but those extra 3 really take a while.. And i might be losing it again soon as I've been in and out of court 3 times now (Won every time) But, after that 5 points loss or w/e for the 6 month fine I have/am/might be on 0 points, and a few weeks ago.. of all things I got 2 points for doing a U-turn on a quiet Thursday night at 10pm with not a soul in sight.. Except the cop who just happened to be coming around the corner down the road as I made my turn I'm not sure how this is going to play out, as it's so covenient having the car for uni as I can sleep in longer.. But meh, anything is better than 6 months.. And petrol is so dam expensive now anyway meh, might give me time to save up and play around with the car a bit.
  18. Lol you thought that guy with the r32 was low.. I'll post some pics of my s13 in a few mins. So low after clipping the road a couple times while driving through the national park the exhaust dislodged from the cat, only held on by 1 bolt! Sounded like a light plane and went like a truck.
  19. The RTA doesn't even know what's going on.. All they want is money. When I started learning manual on my Red P's with the skyline I went in and asked if I should display L lates and they had no idea..
  20. I need those in black on my s13, she will look so god dam tough
  21. And here I am bitching about losing my license for doing a U-turn.. Very sorry to hear about your car mate, I hope some good news comes your way.
  22. Ca18det It has the goods though! Lots of fun to drive, alot different to N/A in terms of power delivery. Still getting used to that.
  23. Ahhh shit I forgot about it..
