  1. Hi there Anyone used these? Apparently direct fit. Looking for around 300rwkw on e85 so don't need any bigger than this. They've sold quite a few sets so would be interested to here from anyone show has fitted them to confirm if they are direct fit and performance Thanks http://m.ebay.com.au/itm/121804629651?_mwBanner=1&ul_noapp=true
  2. Hi there , As the title said. Could have broken wheels or suspect bearings or oil seal In Sydney please.
  3. Ok I see. 21u high flow sounds super responsive. Re. The cat - I'm already getting the exhaust shop to make a few mods to the trust system I'm putting on. I was thinking of getting them to put some flanges on the below. Anyone got a view on them - only mild steel but don't think it would cause too much issue. http://www.ebay.com.au/ulk/itm/151798759239
  4. So is the ball bearing a pure bolt on that retains the stock compressor cover etc?
  5. Can you do a r33 21 u high flow in the ball bearing? How much are they?
  6. Hey stao, are the 3" catco higher flow cats ok for around 270-300rwkw? What do you usually run?
  7. Hey JD, are you still keen to sell this? If not just let us know or close the post. Could come and grab it tomorrow (or any other time) if still available. Thanks
  8. Geez. Yeah. Ok re. PWR intercooler that's pricey. Looking at other options as I would like to make close to the 300rwkw and would be annoyed if the return flow was a bit of a limit. I would hate to have to fit twice I can get a HDi GT2 non return kit for about $600 that is 600x300x80 or a blitz (non return) standard edition for about $450 that Core Size - 620 x 266 x 76mm or the trusty old cooling pro. I'm assuming that the above are all preferred compared to return flow?? But anyone got a view on the best kit for $350-$650 range? Keen for easy fit, minimal restriction and hopefully ok cooling capability. Thanks
  9. Ok thanks Stao. When you say cut under battery tray it's just the 1 standard hole saw cut through the chassis across as you would in an r33 (that has the battery in boot). How much was the PWR intercooler. Was trying to find that page when you started reviewing them etc. Can't wait to get the new high flow
  10. Stao. Sorry if you've covered this already. So you can get either the standard high flow for $850 with the line etc or the new model highfliow for $990 (the extra cost covers different internals and a high pressure actuator?) So the r33 high flow on an r34 should do up to around 310rwkw with the right mods, With E85 and Greddy return flow cooler what do you think it will max out at? To put the non return flow cooler in did you have to cut out part of the battery tray (and cut the hole)? Big responsive numbers from the high flow. Would like the response it offers
  11. Me to so is the r33 high flow prototype in full swing production now? Looking to use it on an r34 neo also and maybe e85
  12. Hey mate - tried to PM you. I'll take it and will be in the city tomorrow. PM me your no. Thanks
  13. Along same vein but back to the 21u high flow on the r34. With return flow max around 250rwkw with the return flow. However, running e85 would that net you around 270rwkw due to the advantages re. Timing and knock resistance compared with p98? Toshi seemed to think e85 isn't great in a car that is driven once a week (lose octane over the time and could get knock), but others on here seem to think it's ok. Any thoughts? Would like ultimate response
  14. Hi stao. Are you saying the new prototype 21u high flow is making 287rwkw with the return flow inter cooler on pump 98? If so that is good to here. When will it be available?? Thanks
  15. Interested to hear the answers to this. Stay told me the same thing but I'm keen for ultimate response on the r34. Someone on here got close to 300rwkw on an r34 with the 21u highflow, e85 and blitz return flow. I'm wondering whether the e85 combats the pinging stao mentioned. I don't want Lag so very keen to try and make the 21u work on the r34. About to get some ID1000 to allow running of e85
  16. Thanks lads. So these should drop into the rail and only need connector adapters? Provided Why would id take Bosch injectors and modify them if they already fit? Is it just the flow matching? What flow variance is acceptable?
  17. Are these what are referred to as the ID1000? In the below link.. What is the best price you're all getting your 750-1000cc r34gtt injectors for? Are the below suitable and is this a good price? http://m.ebay.com.au/itm/6-x-1000cc-Bosch-E85-FG-XR6-turbo-upgrade-fuel-injectors-0280158040-/151333893801
  18. How is the r34gtt flex fuel development going? Is it fully flex fuel capable now?
  19. Just had another read. Your getting higher boost in higher gears so may not be the problem I wa describing. Might be some kind of leak as mentioned above. Hope it's an easy fix.
  20. You say upgraded intake. Is it all metal? Does it have anywhere it can collapse? I had a home made snorkel on the standard air box (to allow for the FMIC piping) that was collapsing under the suction created at high boost so I'd go from 18psi down to 0psi at about 5k rpm. Worse in the higher gears since more load / air being pulled in. Looked at everything before that.. May not be the same issue but worth having a look at your intake, especially pre turbo to make sure there's no weak points
  21. Very very old thread. Hope someone can help in this history lesson I have a set of factory option r34gtt bilsteins that I've fitted. Nice and firm all round. Although 1 or Both rear shocks make a bit of a rattle over small bumps. Shocks/springs are nice and firm and handle well. I've heard others with new bilsteins having a similar issue. Is it more likely something to do with the top mounts? I.e should i try fitting the strut tops from my stock shocks? And will they fit with the bilsteins factory option springs? Would you usually be able to feel if the shock was worn out causing the rattle? The old front shocks were spewing oil and soft but they still didn't rattle so surprised these do considering how firm they are.. Any thoughts?
