If i buy a vehicle specific brake kit i expect it to come with brake lines. If i buy an intercooler kit i expect it to come with piping. How come if i buy a turbo kit i have to go searching for the extra lines to make it work ?

Ill just bump this thread up a bit as i now own this stagea and jvc head unit is showing age and stole one of my cds and refuses to give it back. I have installed a pioneer head unit that has a small audio style jack for input of steering wheel controls. Can u use jack from the aerpro control unit and plug straight in to back of stereo? I ahould have asked before i put it all back together but its an easy job

Theres a company ive been keeping my eye on ecumaster.com they have their standalone ecu called emu available for rb25det and soon have a plug and play module thing about this that others dont have is they have an android app and bluetooth in ecu so you can see what all the sensors are doing in real time from the source itself

done a search and no result so I assume not many people know of these or they do and they are not the hype. Rigid collars re align your vehicles sub frame setting steering and suspension geometry back to factory design specifications. I say factory design specs because even when vehicle are assembled on the line holes are made slightly bigger to allow quick mating of parts loosing a mm here or there a mm difference in sub frame could translate to two or three as you get out to your brakes and suspension which is normally taken care of by wheel alignment. I know enough about wheel alignments and suspension geometry being a former suspension guru at pedders and i see this product and think hey that would work a treat. Most vehicles have 10,000km service intervals but most vehicles owned by enthusiasts or the like change oil at 5000km intervals i think it is something about oil being at or close to the end of its usability at 10,000km and start cloging up parts in your engine

Only took 15 years lol.. i like how they are able to control touque converter lokckup automatically and a few other little things that require use of resistors and cutting wires. Once i get my m35 i will start looking into it posibility for brake cut mod completely automatic without getting into factory loom chances are it might not work but it does look promising

Buy an obd2 to usb i dont think i have seen anyone use bluetooth for programing needs a stable connection as you do get noise in your readings

as i own a patrol soon to be stagea the guys over at patrol4x4 are working reverse engineering a consult 2 to allow you to modify ecu signals and view all the sensors and what the engine is doing on an lcd screen and there is also talk of making an android app for said process. now i know this is not a stagea as they have their own set of weird laws in how the ecu talks however, the 2001 zd30di patrol uses an obd2 port but operates consult software.. they have a working prototype could possibly use same thing on stagea also to note they are talking about auto vehicles aswell
