  1. lol believe me I earn every cent of my $990 - if you want to do it yourself, be my guest. I'll put you on to the bloke who came to me to get an import approval AFTER his car had landed in Australia, the one looking at a $1900 storage bill...
  2. Hahaha it would've been funny to see their response if we said no...
  3. Yep, do it! We have parking for trailers too if needed Oh, and we're officially breaking our rule about no cars being roped off, but when the car in question is valued at something like $750K, we're prepared to cut it some slack...
  4. Lots of great Skylines attending once again!
  5. Of course!
  6. Images were "leaked" - as in the boss at M-B said to the work experience kid "here forward these pics on to a car magazine from an anonymous email address"... Doesn't do anything for me - do they come in sequential manual these days, or are they still all slushers?
  7. I have it listed on my site, Terry http://www.ironchefimports.com/site/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=416&Itemid=38
  8. Of the people entered so far, I don't think we've had to reject anyone yet - each year, there are less and less so some people are obviously getting the hint
  9. That's cool, you can choose to support a Victorian event rather than an SA one
  10. Before you go baiting, bear in mind that the scammers in the other thread probably just stole the pics, and this guy is probably the real owner (going on the price it's being advertised for). I had the same thing happen to me - someone posed as an interested buyer, asked me for more info, then used it to try and scam others.
  11. The first thing they'll look for is the Australian compliance plate - no plate means you're going over the pits.
  12. Actually I went up market and used Photoshop Entry form is on the website, yes.
  13. Our new flyer, hope you guys like it.
  14. Lol don't expect your door to be beaten down with R35 V-Spec owners... or Spec-V for that matter...
  15. Let's get at least one R35 there this year!
  16. Wouldn't have it any other way, mate
  17. We’ve dusted off the All Japan Day promotional juggernaut sitting in the back corner of the garage, given it a tankful of E85, retuned it and wheeled it back out into the daylight, bigger, badder and tougher than ever. AJD 4 promises to be huge – we came mighty close to completely filling Wigley Reserve last year, and we’re expecting over 300 cars this year, so it’s gonna be a tight squeeze! Rumours already abound of cars being specially imported from the US (no, we’re not kidding!) especially for the show, so make sure you get your entry in and be a part of AJD history. Where: Wigley Reserve, Anzac Highway, Glenelg When: Sunday 27 February 2011 10:00am-3:00pm Entry is still just $10 (no increase since we first began!) and as always, it’s free for spectators (although we’d appreciate a gold coin donation on the day). Once again, all profits from the event will be donated to charity, and this year we’re donating to the Flood Relief efforts in Queensland, NSW and WA. As with last year, entrants will need to pre-pay via PayPal (even if you don’t have a PayPal account, you can pay via credit card) and make sure you have a good pic of your car handy ready to upload with your application. It’s only 6 weeks or so till the event guys, so don’t muck around – get your entries in asap via the website! www.alljapanday.com.au
  18. Black Cube? lol
  19. Most fighting on internet forums stems from the belief that anyone who doesn't share the same opinion as you is automatically wrong...
  20. Oh yeah crap sorry, had my agent from Japan over so have spent the last week mostly drinking alcohol. I'll buzz you on Monday.
  21. I did the application for the Fuga years ago, but no workshop has taken them on (bear in mind they were a good deal more expensive back then). If someone wants to do a test car, let me know and I'll find someone to do the evidence.
  22. Nissan never made a factory fitted remote start Mark, so get down to an auto electrician and get it ripped out. They're good for wank value and not much else.
  23. If you're only running one child seat, you should be ok to use the other two seats in the middle row. Either that or fold the middle seat down on one side, chuck the pusher on it and put two kids in the rear seat. The middle seat in the middle row is only a lap belt, so we've got a harness if we ever have to fill the car with kids.
  24. It doesn't split fold but there's plenty of space for a pram with the rear seat folded down. I have two friends with young kids and Cubics doing this already.
