when you blow your dipstick out it means one or more pistons have cracked or melted, you probably ran lean. your turbo is probably fine if it was in good shape before.

wind your timing to 15btdc. auto's run 20btdc.. this is for the rb25det, make sure its right for the rb20.

looks like a justjap delta-fin cooler to me.

unless its auto, then its 20BTDC. always check when the engine is at operating temp.

woodruff keys would explain it, the bolt only holds the hb and timing gear in place but these are a bastard to get out even without the bolt. in an engine in bad shape its possible to shear them off, although i havent seen it happen. what it MAY be, but this is purely my idea and may be completley wrong... someones taken your HB off and lost a woodruff key in the process (your crank has 2, one for the timing belt gear which sticks out a bit into the HB, and one mainly for the HB). they might have thought it would be fine on the one sticking out of the timing belt gear. its either that or your HB woodruff key has sheared off completley which would explain your car still running ok from the woodruff key still attached on the timing belt gear (otherwise you would have done serious damage to valves, pistons from cam timing being off).

i used the same stuff on the kit of my previous car. its tops.

13.902 @ 101.36mph i had 2 other runs which i wasnt too happy with. i got 14.2 and 14.6. only ran 10psi.. i was afraid of blowing my motor again lol. i was facing my fears tonight!!

you can get a complete rb20 for around the 1500 mark. keep an eye out in the for sale section and you might get lucky.

mobile dent remover. look in the yellow pages for them. theres a dude that comes out and will remove dents for around $50 each. my mate used dent wizzard or something like that.

could work but you'll still need a computer to regulate flow/activation/frequency. you arent really saving yourself much $ by using your fuel pump anyway.

ill keep this as basic as i can so not too much info is leaked out but ive heard different stories from different people and thought i needed to set things straight. the first car went past and hit 'it'. i was the 2nd car and i saw it pretty clearly and steered clear and pulled over to help out the people in the first car. everyone knows what happened to the 3rd car. everyone is fine. cheers guys, and thanks to everyone that helped. p.s. we went to check it out today and people had been there before and stripped a few parts off it. the deck and equalizer, e-way tag, steering wheel and battery.
