  1. Mind you eating big has big down falls on health and so on. And its hard work. Im bulking on 4800cals at the moment and keeping it clean its bloody hard work. Way harder than training. Every meal the last quater of it is forced down and feeling very sick. And im nowhere near what i would consider big! Had a dexa 2 weeks ago and was 98kg at 10%bf
  2. He is muppet and looks like he does as its what happens when you mix PEDs with rec drugs. To be big on gear or not you have to eat big and eat big everyday.
  3. No way panda is natty. Maybe just uses short esters in the off season like most natty lifters. And yes i know for a fact many do it. Pretty easy to tell when someone is on the gear. Delts are the biggest give away! more so the way they pop. Not many "natty" bodybuilders can achieve this

  5. Cut the bread out completely and pasta if you are eating it? And no cheese Also dont eat carbs after training. Your body doesnt need carbs for 16 or so hours after training. Do cardio fasted in the morning for 30 min with your heart rate between 130 and 140 After training in the afternoon have a carb free shake or at least low carb then do 20min cardio after training. eat small regular meals with lots of fibre(vegies) during the day with very minimal carbs. If you dont lose 600gms to 1kg a week you are doing something wrong or there is underlying health issues.
  6. I did look at that more specifically i was looking for dyno sheets. There is a difference with what people say and siting a dyno sheet. The only one that i could find that had a dynosheet only had the 3071 turbine so i would assume as a turbo newbie that it would be quite different to the one i have. So in short i did do my research and couldnt find what i was after. This is why i posted here.....

  10. Searched and couldnt find much on the 3071r on a rb25det. Just wondering what power i would be expecting and when it would spool up? I have all supporting mods. Would love to see a few dyno sheets cheers
  11. I currently have a used good condition garret 3071r with braided lines, dump pipe, spacer and front pipe. Keen to swap this for maybe a high flow turbo or something that will spool up a bit earlier than the 3071r. I am located in adelaide. so would prefer something local
  12. Thats what you want!! Snacking is my issue i have the worst addiction to food. I eat a huge meal then less than 5min later i am starving again. Good on a bulk but a cuts worst nightmare

  14. Is it only cold starts or all the time? I have had the issue with cold starts and the tuner said to bring it back and leave it overnight so he can fiddle with it cold.

  16. Mrs is dead set on chaser or skyline. Pretty odd she likes anything but a nissan. My mate had all sorts of issues with suby and each service cost him over 1k. He is not car savy and i would do general services my self i would say.\ In SA the cars are very cheap at the moment used to be more expensive than other states but now that most have no $$ the ass has dropped out the car market. Good news for people in the market to buy
  17. Good numbers. Wish i could squat as much as i could dead or better. I can get 200kg out on a dead somes days for 2 reps. Squat 140kg for 1 or two going full depth. Even thats a struggle.
  18. Buying local and really not bother if turbo or not or if its manual or auto. Still will have the 33 for the fast stuff. Mrs just loves the chasers but is really a nissan girl now..
  19. Ok guys looking at getting a 4 door daily and Looking at the V35 skyline or a chaser. Anything i need to look out for on the V35 or any other suggestions? Will probably have around $10k to play with
  20. Know exactly what you mean! I am going through much the same gym is about the only thing keeping me focused at the moment.
  21. Have you had blood tests get a full hormone panel done. Small dose of test can do wonders for all the things you mentioned and if you have low test its prescribed and covered by medicare
  22. I must say since i have ditched coffee and pre work out i have been sleeping and feeling a lot better. A lot more solid sleep too. I was previously taking a few different prescription sleepers. I had a lot of trouble sleeping. It took about two weeks after i stopped them to notice a better sleeping pattern. Much much easier to eat as well.
  23. it was actually done by a licenced person from home who didnt have any nitro to pressure test it we did it with gas the second time just to be sure. Assumption the mother of all....
