PHATGTR replied to shaggy's topic in For Sale (Private Whole cars only)
At $35k this thing is a f**king steal and you are highly negotiable If I didn't just buy a new car, your mobile would already be ringing! Good luck with the sale dude........though I don't think you'll need it. -

PHATGTR replied to 32drifter's topic in For Sale (Private Whole cars only)
Is the kit still available with the car at the higher price? Can you please update your initial post as I am starting to become a bit confused, as it's been changed a few times. -
R34 Gtr Vspec - Black 15000kms
PHATGTR replied to Mr. En One's topic in For Sale (Private Whole cars only)
What the hell are you upgrading to from a GTR. Porsche GT3? -
Your car will fly in outer space on its own accord, it's getting it there that is the problem

It sounds like it could be something as simple as spark plugs or coil packs??? Check these and give the airflow meter a quick clean and see how you go.

For a retune of injectors only, I would say 500-600 plus is excessive. Having said that, I don't know much about what's required for any change in Haltech maps. But that price covers 3-4 hours on the dyno and that doesn't even include fitting the injectors. I would get other quotes.

Make that 5. If they are genuine R34 N1's for $1500 then I am very interested. -

I was recently on cnr of Anzac Hwy & South rd and saw an Excell in with a big nismo sticker on the rear window. I think it I had of been going the same direction I would have thrown something heavy at his car just on principle. -
What Power From Rb26 In R33 Gtst?
PHATGTR replied to PHATGTR's topic in RB Series - R31, R32, R33, R34 (1986-2002)
So would you say about 230 @ wheels? -
Is that list in a particular order? If so, I would much rather a Series 8 RX7 or new Evo over a Typhoon. Just my opinion

What Power From Rb26 In R33 Gtst?
PHATGTR replied to PHATGTR's topic in RB Series - R31, R32, R33, R34 (1986-2002)
Thanks guys. I am getting mixed reports from people as to roughly what power it will make. People seem to be saying anywhere from 200 to 250 @ wheels, which seems to be quite a variance since the RB26 GTR's are supposed to make about 170 to 180 @ wheels in standard form. Has anybody got direct experience with these mods on an RB26 GTR or GTSt? -
What Power From Rb26 In R33 Gtst?
PHATGTR replied to PHATGTR's topic in RB Series - R31, R32, R33, R34 (1986-2002)
ok! Roughly how much should I expect to make? -
I heard with the new one you can also swap between your big single turbo for 3ltr mode or your high flowed twins on 2.6ltr mode, on the roll of course. Did I hear correctly????????

Anyone? -
Whether you pull the fuse or put in a switch, it is still effectively doing the same thing but with a switch you don't have to physically get under the bonnet to pull out a fuse every time you want to put it into rear wheel drive...... Constantly switching to rear wheel drive will eventually (probably sooner rather than later) kill your transfer case. The only way to effectively put the car into rear wheel drive without having any major adverse affects is to remove the front drive shaft. Probably not the easiest way to go about it, especially if you intend to do it frequently, but the safest none the less.
