  1. Usually to get through compliance, cars have to be pretty much stock. Good ol' Edwards Lees does their own compliance on cars that they bring in, which are sometimes modified (or wound back or accident damaged). So getting a decently modified car through compliance is usually through a dodgy compliance workshop.
