Haha, is that a new cruise rule ?
Some of the best cruises I've been on a with just a handful of mates, so don't wait for someone else to organise one, just do it yourself
I've bought many items off SAU and never been ripped off, if it's being done interstate off someone I don't know then I ask one of the SAU Club members to go check it out for me. If the buyer takes a few basic precautions then it should be a problem.
Welcome to the Forums, in addition to what everyone else had said I'd recommend doing a driver training day out at the RAC Driver Training center, one of the best investments you'll make, learn how to handle your new car
Cheers
Paul
I'm sure we can assist you in getting some good shots, don't be afraid to ask people to re-park there cars etc so you can get a good group shot, I'm sure everyone will be happy to geet a nice pic of there car
Keith, That Information Bulletin leaves an awful lot unexplained, and could easily open to interpretation etc. but basically if you've added a turbo, go an aftermarket ECU, or major exhaust changes then you'll get an IM240 Test ?
That's pretty much the absolute maximum, and yes each dyno is slightly different, but I've seen it on a couple cars. Most will achieve 260-280rwhp max, cause most people don't want to destroy there engine/turbo by what is require to get to 300rwhp
Are we talking stock turbo ?
The answer is yes on a stock turbo, but it doesn't tend to last too long. If we're talking aftermarket turbo you can get as much power as you have $$$ to spend.
Probably a problem with the speedo sender unit, but first of all I'd remove the instrument cluster, make sure all the contacts on the back are clean, before trying to source a new sender.
There are a number of threads on this subject already.
