Skylinecouple what have the injectors been hiflowed too? Do you have a upgraded fuel pump? Fuel economy? Just that im at that kind of stage, and just wondering what to do next What boost are you running aswell?
-
r33 turbos apperantly stock are ball bearing Someone had done a plain bearing job on my hiflow. (cheaper) Longer spool time, more heat, But also needing more oil to cool down the temperature. Depends also what boost your running but i have heard it would be a good idea to remove the oil restrictor. But with what im running, and not running 15psi 24-7, i shouldnt have to replace the insides soon. But i think its fair to say, if it does blow, i will know how long it lasts what boost not to run, and not to put a 270 thrust bearing in again. Also id rather pay the $375 for a rebuild then buying a whole new turbo, or rebuild with ball bearing. With what im doing, i should be right, mostly street use, occassional track day, and have a crack at drifting, haha! why not. I wasn't planning for it becoming an experiment, but if it blows, she blows. Sorry for interrupting the thread, but was just saying that i was doing a hiflow turbo in mine. and i'll let ya know how it plans out. And if im going to be 375 bucks out of pocket . also power output and response.

thats why i'll be upping the boost with the hiflow turbo , not the stock the hiflow r33 turbo, is water and oil cooled. the turbo has just recently been rebalanced, and two thrust washes, put in, for less movement, or slippage i guess? And i believe theres a oil restrictor on the turbo somewhere, which can be removed?? to allow more oil to flow through, hopefully to make it cooler. I'll see how it goes, but having done that, doesnt bother me if it blows up, i just like the fact it can be rebuilt for like another 200 bucks then have the choice puttin a 360 thrust bearing in, if it doesnt work out.

Im putting on a hiflow turbo, with a 270 thrust bearing plain bearing turbo, might be bush i have 201rwkw on standard turbo, exhaust split dump, hiflow cat boost controller, FMIC and apexi power fc i still doubt its tuned properly yet, set on 12 psi will be whackin boost up to 15 should see 215rwkw Also puttin on walbro fuel pump i have a z32 afm, but have been told i dont require it for what i have. just i was interested in doing track work aswell occassionally so i'll see how i go. Seriously do those hks cam gears make a difference and are they worth it?

Hey guys my clutch fluid is leaking inside cabin only found out today as it was leakin on my foot. had a look at my clutch fluid and it was pretty low . Just wondering what is the best option i should do and cost effective. to replace the whole thing ? or is there a kit i can buy just to replace the boots and seals or whatever? And where can i get them from . im sure nissan will have these, but from dealerships they might cost a bit. thanks Barret ps or if anyone has a spare clutch cylinder, i will buy it off you

sounds pretty good so pretty much get, aftermarket LSD, castor rods and aftermarket upper and lower arms. and change camber. I'll give a crack first off and see how i go, then if i really like it 'i'll start getting some stuff . Thanks for the info guys

i wouldnt imagine that it would be im not wanting to go as far as, drift comps every weekend just wanting to have a go at it, and wanting to speak to ppl that have minimal mods done and see how there r33 gtst goes and performs. anything that they have felt or seen, or heard that r33's need improvement on to have a decent drift.
-
well at the moment, im only using the car on weekends i have a datto ute, that its getting a ca18 put into it I would like the r33 still to be a decent car to drive on the street but no, i dont drive it everyday . Just on weeknds
-
Hey just wondering if there is anyone that drifts there r33 gtst Just wanted to query what power output are they making, and what mods they have done I have seen the gold r33 ( with the PPG.COM.AU on the side), thats a competitor in the drift nationals ( was or still is) and has alot of mods . Not going to be going that far. Im talkin about ppl that have minimal mods, that are in the drifting scene. and how it performs on the track. I have PFC FMIC AVCR Strut Brace KYB shocks and lowered king springs z32afm Hiflow turbo (270 thrust bearing, bush bearing) Walbro fuel pump CES Racing Split dump I havent done drifting b4, but want to get into it, and have a go Thanks Any info would be good

Hi i have this problem, but jsut ignore it really it only started coming on when i changed the ecu to a PFC i have had the car tuned twice at different workshops, for other things but still comes on when underload it has been like this for a fair amount of time, car hasnt lost power, or done anything stupid i have heard ( not sure if its true) that with the pfc's its a common problem, with the light. I have 200rwkw aswell, and im changing my afm to a z32afm also putting on a walbro fuel pump and hiflow turbo, so i'll see what happens with the light after those items
-
yeah you should make 200rwkw, on that boost with a hiflow turbo im making 200rwkw now with PFC FMIC AVCR CES Split dump 3" Exhaust Stock engine and turbo is on 12 psi . Im currently in the middle of putting on Hiflow turbo walbro fuel pump z32 afm Boost will then be taken up to 15psi hopefully should be seeing a lil increase with power.

Gtr Injectors R32 440cc Cleaned Tested
bazr33 replied to samc2ltt's topic in For Sale (Private Car Parts and Accessories)
hey are the r32 gtr injectors, side feed to fit a r33 gtst Thanks -
recently heard about the news seems from articles and in car mags i have read he had gone through alot of tough times, from his illness, to the lowlife that hit him. very sad to hear to one of the nicest blokes i have read about. has anyone organised a cruise in dedication to him? May the Gremlin rest in peace!
-
Hey guys just looking for a set of 440cc injectors for a r33 gtst also a fuel pump that will keep up with my hiflowed turbo im thinking a gtr fuel pump would be sufficient or even a walboro 500hp. if you have anything similar that will fit to compete with my mods i have done to my car let me know. Pm Me please Thanks baz
-
hey interested in the injectors are they in good condition ? where abouts are you located? Thanks Barret

sorry to hear about ya car being stolen im in QLD, and we have cars getting stolen left right and centre at the moment, from what i am hearing. Also a bit sus of having a quality alarm, no one hearing a thing or seeing. Whateva happened they knew what they were doing. But sometimes it might not matter if you have a alram, if the guys want your car, they will get it somehow, or put it on the back of a truck. I have an alarm just for the fact of the insurance. I hope you find your car, and bonus the ppl that took it. I'll keep an eye out up here, just incase they were doing a roadtrip or any cheap gtr parts. And one thing if i found your car, i wouldnt take your money i think you have lost enough.

i havent got hiflowed injectors, but in my opinion i would go either nismo ones, or another brand that flow how much ya need. As with hiflowing the standard injectors, there is a possibility of not getting the injectors to flow all to the same capacity. Is this correct as only from what i have heard? Having hiflow injectors flowing all the same, i guess would be great and cost effective, but i'd rather have brand spankers out of the box. Will be keeping an eye on the post, from ppl who do have hiflow injectors and other ppls opinions.
