yeah i have been to fist before, and they did a good tune with just havin the standard ecu , and just got the manual put in my car something was wrong cause it was only on 116rwkw and took it to them and they got 170rwkw, clutch was slippin a bit at top end. but just with the power fc, must of been a bit too difficult for them. Cause my afr's were rich as and my timing was advanced right to the end pretty much. I should have fist reimburse me for my spark plugs and o2 sensor which are now needing replacing, but oh well just glad my car is running fine now, and no more tuning for a while.

Mods as dated today Power fc FMIC AVCR Hiflow cat 3" 3"exhaust, middle muffler been taken out Turbosmart type 3 plumb back bov CES racing split dump Tuned in october by fist, they did a good job my AFR's were a bit rich at 10.5 , and timing was abit advanced they managed 185rwkw Monday have taken it to chiptorque, rang up that day got it in tuesday AFR's been changed, need a new o2 sensor and might be up for new spark plugs because of running so rich they have filled up with shit, car is now running a 201.7rwkw on 12psi Dyno result will be posted when i pick up the car. By those readings on my dyno chart would it class as being a safe reading ??? cause with afr's and inlet temps, wouldnt have a clue of what a optimum level it should be at, to be the most effecient and power. Would it be worth while gettin my car tuned again as soon as i can cause too me my car seems to be running quite smooth But have noticed ( not frequently) the engine warning light flicker while under load) not sure if its just the power fc learning ( if it does or not) or timing is just so far advanced THanks for your comment FATGTS-R Barret

is the r33 strut brace for a r33 series 1 gtst the one that the strut towers are just under the parcel tray not in the boot ( well that ya can get too from the boot) Let us know THanks Barret

sounds good spooks, i'm hiflowing the stocker aswell in the future i'll see how the car goes for the time being but next tune will be definately be with another mob . see how they go might do fuel pump next, get it out of the way. Thanks for the help Let yas know how the next tuner goes.

how do you go with noise levels with your exhaust being straight through anyway sounds good do you recommend mercury motorsport with tuning of your car ? Are you still going with mods on ya car ?

i got it tuned at FIST but was thinking of checking out matty spry at the gold coast as heard good news from him . And i dont have a hand controller with my power fc, might have to get one . What mods have you got spooks ?

i dont have a clue with afr's how do i change the afr so they arent so rich or i cant do it myself. im thinking about gettin a new afm soon when i get more power thanks

it is set on 10psi havent touched injectors, fuel pump. or anything what i have listed is all i have done with the exception of the auto to manual conversion .

With the q45afm obviously they don't bolt straight up to ya air flow box can ya by flanges to make it fit , or just try and do it yaself . i have 187rwkw, and going to be hiflowing a stock turbo would you think this would be a good afm to put on ? i'll be heading into 230rwkw later on. THanks

Hey guys just showing the dyno results of when i got my power fc installed and tuned at fist last month. set on 10 psi roughly power fc Ap Engineering FMIC CES RAcing split dump Hiflow 3 inch cat 3" exhaust Tell us if anything doesn't look right It does seem to be pretty smooth to drive I have also noticed that, sometimes when i get in the car to start it has the clickin sound but doesnt start wait for a bit then starts im thinking it could be my battery, or coils or something don't know seems alright at the moment, and voltage has been on 14.1 when driving. so with this turbo i wouldnt need to get a new dump made up oil lines or anything? Im wanting 250 rwkw thats my goal at the moment THanks

i went to fist had the hand controller hooked up on the car idle was put up to 900 instead of 850 some base setting was low and , didnt catch the other thing he said but it was high, so he made it so it equalled out . i drove it tonight , seems to go pretty good , havent noticed the idle go whacko yet but let yas know . I'll try and find out what the things on the hand controller exactly were i think i might have to get one,

as a worker of qld transport if i recieved that at work, i would be asking for 250 bucks as what we type in the computer is the offence code which would be 2500 or 2501 something like that the date and the amount . if only one doesnt match, the computer will chuck a fit. As to do with Qld transport, we only take payment we werent the ones that had the speed gun, off the side of the road and got you speeding . If you want to complain , contest, or argue the matter. contact the police , as Qld Transport can't do shit. If i was you i would be paying it, IF you KNOW you were doing that speed, as it would be a waste of time in court, and court fees. THanks

Mine started doing this revving thing when i got my power fc installed drives perfectly, but at idle just does this stupid down to 500 then to 1100 and yeah keeps going it does look pretty stupid when ppl look at ya and they think you doing it. i just want to put the window down and say its the car , im takin it back to fist at wacol and they are going to have a look at it let yas know what it is, if they do fix it. Also on wednesday i turned my car off and when i went to turn it back on again, it just made a click sound and didnt start i had to wait abit till it would start again, a bit weird, but hopefully that will be sorted out too and i went down the quarter last wednesday and the check warning light for the engine came on when the car is under load. thats what apc said for the compression test in the cyl's., that was a fair while ago and have just recently got fist to install a power fc and he said that the engine is fairly strong, and they checked it all out i didnt end up seein what the compression was like this time, and dont know if they did one but i will find that out even though it doesnt matter it was 20psi not 30psi , same shit anyway. THanks

i might have to look into gettin one of those compressors could come pretty handy later on I left my tyres alone tonight ended up doing a 14.089 reaction .654 mph 101.69 60ft time was 2.246 f**ked the start abit didnt have much revs . and also let third rev out a little too long. thought it was alright though. getting closer to getting into the 13's

i will probably be heading out as i just got my power fc in and put the boost up to 10psi im guessing its going to be fairly busy, considering the shootout on saturday. last quarter run was 14.3, skidded all first i want to let the tyres down abit but i dont really want to drive on 25 psi to the next petrol station. As i just got the tyres last week it might not matter but oh well, i'll just have to try and control not skiddin as much at the start. Good to see a couple of skylines headin out though, last ones i been too there has been a shitload of commodores and fords. Ya kinda guess it though being in ipswich. Anyway see yas there, hope yas pull some good times.
