I’m open to opinions and reviews on turbos that you guys have had in the past. Ive had a look at garret, precision, kinugawa, hypergear, done research on all and it’s between hypergear and garret probably! Still learning as we discuss anyways.

I’ll have a look into hypergear today! I’d like the headroom to be able to upgrade it more!

Was looking at a HKS2835 pro. This seemed to come on early and is rated around 300+kw’s

I was hoping the turbo would come on around 3500-4000 rpm would be ideal, Americans just think “bigger is better” even though it may come on later. I’d prefer a turbo to come on earlier

Hahah I reckon it would be! I was thinking obviously the gtw3476 but possibly something that can easily achieve 300kw

Should I possibly just go to a lower power level and maybe not 350 straight away?

Yeah only 98 as that’s what I will give that car, nothing over the top but something that performs good! Ahh makes sense, I’m till a noob at turbos as this is my first turbo car

The power range id like, would be around 350kw and at the moment the upgrades are, 750cc injectors, link G4 ecu, front facing plenum, 6 boost manifold and so forth, if there is a better turbo that is more suited for the type of set up I’m after, which would be more street but occasionally track.

Hey guys, I’m tossing up between two turbos, both have the power range I want however I don’t have much experience of which would spool faster and/or perform better, any help is welcome.

Looking at buying some 18” rims preferably black and are deep dished. Need to suit an r33 235/45R18. Or if you know any sites that sell them.

Replacing Manifold Studs Hey guys, I really have no idea how to start as I am pretty new to the whole world of fixing/replacing parts for my car. At the moment I am at the point of doing my manifold as they have no studs what so ever so I got 12 new ones and really do not know how to get to it or what to do to fix it and I would love to do it by myself. If there is a DIY tutorial anywhere here can someone link me or if not, just guide me as what to do, will want to start it this weekend and I will post pictures. So far I know i have to take off the J piping and the turbo, but still pretty unsure. Any help is highly appreciated.

I might change the bonnet later on, have no idea what to yet. I do like the vented bonnets however mine is a bit weird, any opinion?

Already onto the stickers and I think I'll keep the vents for nowcause I don't mind it.
