Dropped the price to 13k firm. Need this car gone quickly guys, need to make way for something else! As above - with sunroof and mods are as below. -Hybrid Front Mount -Hi Flow Cat -(brand new) -3 inch Cat Back exhaust and muffler -AVC-R -GTR Fuel Pump -Exedy 5 Puk Clutch (brand new) -Apexi Pod Filter As you can see I've only done the safe mods, been running 10psi on it. Reason for selling - It's just time to move on to something else. I want $13,000 for this car, it's a top buy and there is absolutely nothing wrong with it, it's just not for me anymore. thanks nfi (ps i have nfi where your post went, looks like someone deleted it!) the mx5 looked like a heap of fun, so many people underestimate them coz they look so girly! lol I think if I had spent a little more time behind Kennedy I would have been able to creep my way a little bit closer to your 1.18 as he's an excellent driver! Can't wait to see the s15 out there!

What Victor said - I also recommend a mechanical boost guage so you can see exactly what the boost is doing. I had a similiar situation recently and was boosting till well over 14psi and the cause was a combination of my cat converter and dump pipe. I would say that given you recently changed the exhaust, this would be the root of your problem! Start by comparing the dump pipe you put on to your stock dump pipe and go from there. I found that the bit that joined on to the back of hte turbo and wastegate was actually smaller htan my stock dump pipe but larger else where in the system. Hope this helps.

hahah thanks for the confidence in my driving! my clutch was slipping quite badly by that stage so tried to keep as much speed as possible but just wasn't working for me.

After I overtook you guys very late on the straight.. turn 2 got quite exciting for a second there! hahaa. nice pics E_Lu-SHuN, especially love the one where I'm heading for the dirt.... that's how it's done boys! can't wait to get the new clutch in and hit the track again on sunday!

spotted a red 32 gts-t heading north after we came off the harbour bridge plates WTF-32R i was the white 33 with the purple ceffy behind me! oh and also about an hour or two earlier spotted nath95 on the way to work!!!! lol
