Lovin the Gloria CEF11e.. Curious as to what other engines came out in them?

Attached is a pic of some Watanabe's Must have been Ben that changed them cause the next issue containing pics of your car, the Volks were fitted. Theres a pic of that dr30 at the auction yards in Japan just before Ben bought it with 16 watanabes on it. Do you mind me asking around what you paid for it Disco? Like less than 10g? That car appeared in 2 or 3 issues I think.

Maybe if it's dropped on its nuts with some nice dishies or a decent kit.... But matt black really is a colour suited for oldschool/drifters I reckhoon.

Hopefully have my dr30 ready to rip in a couple of months. Maybe one of you guys can help with my suspension set up? Have height adjustable front struts and damper adjustable rears.. Have heard that adding a stiff swaybar to the rear and leaving the stock one on the front can give benificial results for basic suspension setups???

Try posting this in classic skylines section... There's a heap of guys there that definatly know thier shite with r30's. I think its a T3 but someone on there will know the exact exhaust wheel size etc.

Who cares what the engine bay looks like..Go drift style Darker blues, purples and reds always seem to look fat on wedges. Especially with some sparkle

These are probably a stupid questions but... Can anyone give a straight answer about getting your engine re-tuned once a boost controller is fitted..? If you don't does this lead to detonation, or leaning out?.. or anything else that may be detrimental? Also what is a safe boost increase for a stock FJ with 2.5 exhaust and no cooler?... around 8 pound? Cheers.

Due to finacial difficulties it may be time for me to part with my beloved project... Item description: 12/83 Iron mask grey/black DR30 RS TURBO. Fairly minor front end damage, missing right headlight, grill and bumper. Bonnet is white, No engine/gearbox. Front wheels are Genuine watanabe 15's and rears are black watanabe lookalike 15's with some decent width going. Front struts are height adjustable and rears are damper adjustable. Aftermarket springs all round. Some urathane bushes hanging around front end. Car has factory DR LSD. Iterior is in good nic with odo reading 109000 k's. Has Nice Italian leather wheel. Exterior and paint is a little rough around the edges but fairly good for an almost 22 year old car. Has hotplate tail lights, factory kit, and original RS DOHC TURBO stickers. Now includes Trust exhaust and high flow cat Looking for offers over 2k Cheers Oh yeah, I'm a 1/2 hour north of Brisbane.

FJ turbo's sound the best... When you hear one burbling along you know as soon as it hits 3.5 grand its gonna hit boost and leave the struggling N/A opponent in its wake....

Don't know about you guys but my mates DR has a 2.5 exhaust with a single cheap cannon muffler and it sounds VERY much like a truck, Espicially with the lack of bov, can hear it spooling every gear.... This is outside by the way
