Weather looks good, i'll probably head out in the Stock Silvia..... -
Also, I forgot to mention. Try filling or replacing the oil in the compressor.
-
Easy for me to replace...... (Degas, unplug wire, remove a/c lines 2x10mm bolts, remove stone guard, remove 4 bolts holding the compressor, remove compressor). No idea where a good place to get one. I think the cheapest option would be to find someone with a front cut, cos the usually throw that stuff out. If you want to goto a shop, my guess would be Trojan. They might be the same as a different car that is Australian delivered, this would be a cheaper option. NatRad in Phillip have done stuff for my cars. Not the cheapest but I do like their work.

I reckon just pick a date and don't try to work around peoples schedules. They'll come if they can, otherwise there is always next time. You could try and run something on the weekend every 4 weeks, mix it up a little, or just work your way down your list.

Jeremy previously owned the car that died. I think his user name was FoXXX or something.... I'm assuming that he forgot his creds so he logged in with Mark's account, as they are all friends. Sam is the new owner of the R33.

Drift "Events" are rare in ACT/NSW at the moment. Rare compared to last year and earlier. IDA only were able to book two drift practise days at Wakefield next year. One is at the very start of next year and then next is a few months later. Some guys called 'Pro Drift' are coming to Australia and planning on running mid week drift days at Wakefield. I'm not too sure how long they will be able to maintain the event because alot of people are not willing to go to Wakefield. If you are able to drive to Sydney. There are some drift events run at Eastern Creek every soo often by different groups. Driving Sports regularly have Friday Night Drifts, but they are only from 5pm to 9pm and cost $260 from memory. Alot of money for not much time :S.... Again, another mob run mid week drifts every few months at Eastern Creek. The next best place is the Tafe/airfield at Quakers Hill. Drift Mob run days out there, every two to three months. The alternative to drift events, as mentioned before, are Motorkhana type events. MG Car Club run 4 per year in Canberra. SAU run a thing called Texikhana around australia. Other than that, I think there is where everyone knows drifting goes on but no one talks about it......
