I thought there was too much unwanted attention at the Museum. Canberra cruises still meet up at the Museum.... Also, if it's cold or raining, don't bother turning up .

Why is it a write off (what is the damage/cause)?

Yeh, I think they were trying to bait you. Had it happen to me once.... I didn't get caught/fined but they did pull me over for another bullshit reason.

Turned out to be really dry but I went for a drive anyway, it might have been abit late when i swung by around 10pm.

Yeh, they do. We stayed there for the Drift Australia rounds. I think I'm going to save some coin and just drive up in the morning... if I can find a reco'd power steering rack for under $500.
