if you have someone that can actually drive then all the extra wizardry wouldn't be required, the problem is these new cars with high horse power are very easily affordable to most people and end up with dip shits behind the wheel. The falcon traction control is useless in anything pre fg, as once you have over 300rwkw it decides this is to hard and shuts it self off and my ba ute didn't have traction control at all.
So don't get to excited about the electronic controls cause once the car is modified they generally don't do shit
300rwkw can drive like a factory car these days, in fact a lot of factory performance cars come with over 300 of the showroom floor, the hsv models and fpv models both do, along with most of the euro cars and
kinugawa is actually Japanese, I've seen a lot of their 3582 wheels used in the xr6t turbochargers with some fantastic results. You basically end up with a turbo that makes the power of an f6 turbo and responds like an xr6 turbo
The Aussie r31 has a Borg Warner diff in it and that's why spools are available for them.
All Japanese models have irs and no one builds a spool for them
There are lots of plug in options
Power fc is well known but a little limited by today's standards
Haltec, link, vipec and a few others as well, talk to who you plan on getting to tune it for you which they believe is best for you
Leave the stock intercooler in there and leave the stock intake alone as well as they are both fine for 400kw at the wheels. Also don't change the dumps till you upgrade the turbos
spend the money you save on an ecu and tune those 2 things will make a massive difference
Yeah been in a Gtr with a t04z and I wasn't impressed by it at all, turbocharger technology has come so far in recent times that there are so many better options now
no the sr20 has the studs in the manifold and the rb26 has them in the turbo and the housing sizes are substantially biggerIt could be done with custom manifolds, lines, dumps, fittings, drains and etc
