  1. As it says - if you're selling at a bargain price (ie. not what JustJap want for theirs) - let me know! Any condition rims OK, but with good life left in tyres.
  2. Bahaha @ the Merc - looks ridiculous - dont do that to the Stag !! I reckon find a way to go stealth... get either a new open hole front grill, or one of the new front bars with holes able to house small high-powered spotties... Could fit two or four smaller diametre spotties in an open front grill: Or get a new front bar that positions some highpowered spotties beside the lower indicator: Or get a new front bar without the lower indicator at all and fit some spotties (this guy has fitted those low-profile spotties that do jack sh*t - but a decent sized round one should fit there too:
  3. PM Banking details please and I'll PM delivery address
  4. I guess the second part to this question is - if this kit IS the type that returns under the intercooler - how "preferable" are we talking - is this type that returns under the intercooler just not worth doing - or just not AS good as the other piping set-up... it just seems a good price - and I'm after value for money rather than the absolute BEST setup.
  5. Another FMIC question... looking at the Blitz LM Intercooler kit for Stageas coz its on sale with Nengun for $1090. However from my understanding (limited!) its best to get a FMIC that doesnt return the piping UNDER the intercooler (a sharp 180 degree bent pipe isnt best airflow apparently?)... can anyone work out from this picture if these Blitz intercooler kits are the kind that has the piping return under the intercooler, or if its the better setup with piping that heads up over the top?
  6. Thanks SK Ken from Hyperdrive can do it - but he is still waiting and watching for the group buy to sort its sh*t out - they are still trying to piece together maps and all the other technical mumbojumbo I know nothing about... basically they started the group buy thread way to early before they had sorted all the details... but hopefully something will come of it soon - otherwise it looks like it'll have to be the SAFCII... but Ive got a bit of time coz gotta do split dump pipe and FMIC first. In the group buy thread it says the daughterboard states compatibility for R34GTT and Neo6 Stageas and works for tiptronic autos as well - so I hope it gets sorted soon coz that daughterboard would be sweet! But yeah - not sure about how much progress they've made SK... maybe if u get a minute you could read through the thread in group buy section and summarise it for me... there's lots of individual posts saying "Ive mapped the..." Ive worked out the...." "I just need to..." - but I dont know what they all add up to - dunno how far from completion they are - any interpretation of that messed up thread would be a massive help lol!!
  7. OK hate being so dumb about all this stuff - can a few of you please give me your opinions on Unichip vs SAFCII... I dunno which way I should be leaning towards - and what the difference in price is (supply fit and tune)... (and I know the Jaycar should be the way I am heading but I am useless at that sort of stuff - so just after the Unichip vs SAFCII comments please)... which should I look at?? And also is anyone looking at the new Japanese Neo6 daughterboard group buy thread??
  8. Wow - awesome - good stuff - would've hated for you to have been duped! So now what does that make it - Series 1 body and Series 2 engine - is that like a Series 1 1/2 ????
  9. If it also suits Series 2 I'll take one - hold it for me and PM me details - cheers!

    34 Daughterboards

Alrighty - trying to make heads and tails of this mixed up thread - WHAT IS THE STATUS OF THIS?? Got a Neo6 Stagea and interested - but only if this thing is getting close to being sorted out.... ANY UPDATE??
  11. Re-bump
  12. Oh dear - I hate to be the reinforcer of th eabove bad news - but if that Stag has a Neo6 then its been an engine conversion into a Series 1 body!! Everything about that car is Series1... even the rims. Oh and also to clarify - the lights in the grill of the Series 2 ARE the headlights - not driving/fog lights... so cant be replaced with that centre grill. You have possibly paid a lot for a Series 1 Stag - which sucks - hope you can pull out and demand a refund based on mis-representation of goods... bugger. Good luck mate - Id love to be proven wrong - but i just dont see any series 2 in that car pictured.
  13. Came on yesterday - "A/T" orange warning light up between the indicator arrows - whats it mean and what should I be doing about it????
  14. ARC, Blitz and Trust I know do them - not sure about others... as to where to get them - there's a brand new ARC one for sale on the For Sale thread (search for "ARC" or whatever you want)... I PMd the guy and its still for sale, plus he's going overseas in three weeks and really wants to sell it... so open to offers - he was asking $1000, so potential to get it cheap I was gonna grab it - but looking at spending $ elsewhere - so will let one of you guys pick it up... however is for ER34 - so maybe Series 2 only dunno - although SK is fitting an R34 sidemount to his Series 1 - so probably able to be done... ??. Other than that - try emailing Alan at Nengun to source one. They arent much cheaper for the part than the same brand FMIC - but hundreds of $ less in installation/labour (no barwork, piping etc)... plug&play
  15. Nice - an intercooler fully optioned with a Sony Ericcson mobile phone attachment  (Some new way to "dial up" the boost?)
  16. Hey SK - one more Intercooler opinion if you can... Still unsure about going FMIC... want to keep fairly stealthy and not go to hassle of cutting into front bar etc if I can avoid it... I have an opportunity to get an ARC sidemount intercooler for my Series 2 for several hundred dollars (direct bolt on replacement for ER34 sidemount you're installing)... it really thick... 110mm (30mm thicker than stock), and being ARC obviously of great intercooling quality... WILL THIS SIDEMOUNT FAT ARC UNIT take care of my cooling needs up to similar power aims your aiming for with your Stag????
  17. As it says - if you have a bargain on either of these bits I want - PM me please
  18. Hey SK - another nice project it seems - good stuff! Out of interest - for us Series 2 owners that already have the R34 intercooler, if we are upping stock power (exhaust etc) and boost (mines at 0.65 bar) is the only way forward a FMIC, or at conservative upgrades like this are we fine with the stock R34 intercooler?? A lot of people seem to do FMIC as a first upgrade (even my tune shop says it should be the next thing i look at), but elsewhere I read alot of people say that the R34 stockie will do if you arent going for crazy kW...???
  19. Theres bits and pieces on different threads - just search exhaust for this Stagea section - but here is the thread pretty much same as this one... http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...ead.php?t=62729 I got my HKS exhaust from Hanson at Xspeed... they have an online shop - but just call him for a price... he said around $750 + shipping for guys on here i think i recall - but confirm with him... http://xspeed.dreamhost.com/catalog/produc...roducts_id=1044
  20. Whooa yeah - no chance of a skyline exhaust fitting a Stagea - need to get a custom or a aftermarket bolt on from HKS or others that do Stagea cat-backs. Got my HKS Stagea bolt-on for $750 Really you should just read the exhaust thread But dump pipes should be same bolt-ons as skylines... although yeah Ill be going with SK's recommended custom split pipes
  21. Hi guys - I can give you a brief rundown on a few of the things being debated - I work in youth services and last week had all this stuff clarified with senior police... Hoon Law (currently): Must be witnessed (visually) in person by a police officer. Hoon Law (amendment currently going before parliament): Either witnessed by police officer, or the same incident reported by two seperate members of the public (ie you cant be done for a burnout one night seen by 1 person and same thing next night - has to be same burnout witnessed by 2 diff people). General infringements: Witnessed by police officer, or reported by a member of the public who is prepared to attend court IN PERSON and testify (statement not enough). So they can come around and issue an infringement based upon a report (although I was told unlikely to bother if the reporter says they wont go to court), but if you challenge it in court - without the witness in attendance at court in person it cannot be upheld. Same actually goes for any fine issued by a police officer - lots of people get off simply by electing to go to court, and the particular police officer who laid the charge couldnt make it to court = fine cancelled).
  22. OK so now Im confused - are the solenoids only a problem if you do the valve body upgrade - or is this a problem that just happenned and has nothing to do with messing with the valve body... feeling dumb so please walk me through this thread so far Gary!?
