  1. i got 206rwkw with standard injectors, 910 pump and i think its a remapped ecu. highest i went was 211 but that was getting dangerous so dropped it down, dont know duty cycle. i have also heard upto 220rwkw but then again sum ppl say 170rwkw dont know who to beleive, then theres the problem of consistancy in dyno's which pretty much leaves us nuthing to go by.....
  2. i thought ppl went high mount jus to fit bigger turboz in which made more power. didnt think there was enuf room down there for bigger compressors.
  3. hey ppl, jus browsing on ebay and noticed top mount manifolds for sale saying it will fit standard turbo's. i thought standard turbos were low mount ??? can sum body fill me in with sum knowledge pleease

  5. hey ppl, i know must have been brought up million and one timez but i need a simple idiots guide in the difference between a catch can, breather tank and oil/air separator....(already tried search, need straight forward answers) and why/when i need one. thanx

  7. can sum1 explain this..... i got 205rwkw on my rb20 with 15.5 boost,910 pump, 2530 turbo,dump pipes,exhaust, gtr cooler,pod and remapped ecu. AF ratio was fine. dont know duty cylce, as far as i know standard injectors. i got told many places 180rwkw is maxin out the stock injectors. but others think its ok. if u max out injectors then u wud start to lean out... is this correct ??? there is so many different opinions with mods these days, dont know who to believe.
  8. yeah, i didnt hink it wud still b around. hard startin is still there, had to get used to it, sucks though that it duznt tip start. my friends rb30 VL does exactly the same thing as mine, starts at 3rd crank???
  9. i jus did a test run powder coating a pair of AVS 6 spoke rims, turned out ok, my car is black too and its either u like or hate it, stands out alot against the black. i think it looks better when cars goin then parked. cleanin isnt a problem cauz i dont mind the brake dust on rims look. and also my car since its black gets washed often anyway. I stripped bak the rims then cleaned with solvent and then powder coated. TIP strip and clean very carefully otherwise the coat will eventually bubble up like rust if dirty.
  10. i think the blitz access was a plug in type computer u cud buy off the shelf in jap already programmed, it offered better ignition timing and mapping compared to standard, i dont think it can be hooked up to a laptop. im not 100% sure though.
  11. hey im trying to get my hands on measurements for a r32, i was told panel beaters and smash repairers have a book full of info they need to line up and repair body work. is this true ??? i might have to do a nose job on a gtst and was wondering if any1 can get or has one of these. i tried search but only got overall specs. thanx
  12. jus posting up for a friend, his got the complete rear diff cradle assembly from disc to disc. Not sure for pricing but he wants to get rid of it cheap. he might sell parts individually. call 0410-480-469 for more info.
  13. dudes, the question hasnt been answered yet, does it affect performance or reliability if around the wrong way ???? i hav noticed different directions on slotted rotors too and would be keen on answers if anybody knows....... thanx.
  14. i tried that rain x anti fog for the insides. wasnt too happy with it unless i didnt use it properly....its prtty simple though. i prefer to give it some good elbow grease and wipe it down properly and use the A/C wen i need it, cums up clear as glass! also tried the rain x for the outside, this i was happy with. water does actually bead away.

  16. thinkin bout gettin drilled/slotted rotors for my r32 jus wanted to kno wat ppl are using....brands, bigger or standard diametre, performance, costs etc. any input and tips wud be good. thanx.

  18. got a 910 in my r32. very happy with it. got told its good for bout 240-250rwkw although im no where near there yet.
  19. just a expression of interest to see if anyone is keen on this. the car cant be registered so its good for a track car or build up hav a r32 gtst from the firewall back. its cut right at the firewall. basically just a shell with no doors. it has a sunroof, both quarter windows and rear window,boot. interior is stripped down to nothing. comes with alot of spares parts to complete the car, looms dash, doors, front windscreen, front guards, bonnet, lights etc. things i dont have is engine/box/computer, front cut, seats its almost a complete car except in parts, sum1 has to get the front cut and put it all together, suits ppl who want to put a cheap car together or a project. jus wanna c what kind of money i can get for it, need the money for my 'gettin a house fund'

  21. once i got the feeling of a twin plate sorted, i loved it. much better then single plate IMO. when replacement time comes i would consider paying more money and getting twin plate again.

  23. got OS twin plate clutch and from time to time it shudders and jumps alot but only when taking off in 1st. other gear changes are fine. The shudder feels pretty strong (escpecially goin up drive ways slowly) and sumtimes i have to completly disengage and try again for it to be smooth. Is it trying to tell me sumthing needs attention or is it relatively normal. thanx jay
  24. i found the pump is a r32 gtr pump. the gtr pump has a round 20cent size diaphram sitting on a angle at the top. gtst pumps dont have this at the top. also found out it was really noisy cauz the pump was cable tied directly on the bracket meaning metal on metal contact and the metal braket sits on the metal fuel tank hence the noise !
  25. got a blitz access plus plug in computer for rb20det 5spd. asking $260. also have lots of stock r32 gtst stuff (too many to list). most popular bits sold but still have lots left.
