    Hey terminal, how well does the R34 CAI box fit? could we see some pics maybe? I'm interested in a pod but as you know they're no good when suckin hot air from the engine bay.

    I bought one of those to begin with, and it was a bit too wide, the width of the gauges was too wide to fit inside the stereo c/c trim. So i resorted to makin a custom one.

    I didn't ask where they got it from, there were a few others there aswell, I jus saw it and had to buy it i've been gettin prices off them to do a manual conversion, so when i go back in again i'll ask them where they got them from.

    The part no's are 39155KA, Front outer Boot repair kit 39156KA, Front inner Boot repair kit Looks like the kit includes everythin you need, Boot, Clamps, clip and grease.

    This is what i did, some aluminium plate, bit of black paint, they just fit neatly.

    I think the best way would be if someone with genuine mats could make patterns from them, we can give them to the manufacturer and they can make copies, I've even got a pic of the stagea logo that could be embroided on them Just need to find someone with genuine mats thats willing to put in a little time to help out us non genuine mat owners Anyone interested?

    I wonder if it's possible to get parts direct from nissan in japan, cos i've read that the prices are half of what they are here, there must be a huge markup on parts, or maybe if we could get a few people together that want the parts, we might be able to get better pricing through nissan australia.

    Does anyone have an idea which ones would be the closest match, R32/33 or 34 mats?

    I'm goin to keep mine as stock lookin as possible also I've been researchin the manual conversion, and it's looking pretty pricey at the moment, especially for the interior bits, I've seen them on slidewise but they seem to be very rare.

    Is the transfer case the same for auto's and manuals? or does the whole lot have to be replaced?

    The guy I talked to said if i can give the manufacturer a pattern of the mats i want, they can custom make them, i'm 99.9% sure that the GTR mats they offer will fit perfectly if the drivers mat has the cutout for the footrest. I'm a bit of a perfectionist so i want them to fit neatly

    It is a large area terminal, in the last 12 months I've seen about 4 other stageas in the area, but i don't think any of the others visit this forum. I've seen a blue one, green one, silver one like mine and a white one, all series 1 i'm pretty sure.

    I've been looking at these cats from bosimporting, is this the one your talking about SK? There supposed to be the highest flowing cat on the market 706cfm.

    I think the main difference will be the mats are only for GTR's which are manual as you all know, and i've noticed from looking at genuine stagea mats on slidewize, is that auto's have a cutout on the drivers mat to accomodate the footrest. Might see if they can add this cutout, also they embroid logos aswell, might see if they can do a custom stagea logo or somthin

    I actually called them, and he's never heard of the stagea, he just buys them from the manufacturer in South Australia. I gave him a brief description and he thought that the front mats would probly be a close match, but the rears might be the problem, as u know 2 doors dont have much leg room in the rear.     Thanks guys, i'm lookin at puttin in a Greddy E-Manage ultimate aswell which is supposed to fix that problem if it's there, so i'll see how i go. Beastien.
