I was driving along when I noticed a black commodore swerving between lanes in heavy traffic & getting nowhere, tailgating etc. It's always funny when you see a car in front of you switch lanes to get ahead & then end up behind you where they would've been if they just had a little patience I was lined up with a commodore at the traffic lights, (I had no intention of dragging him, or anyone for that matter) I was expecting him to launch it as he was doing to other cars before lining up with mine. To my surprise he backed off & drove normally staying a little bit behind my car. He probably learnt his lesson a long time ago, probably from one of you guys maybe

If worse comes to worse We could always gather our cars & park them around Parliament house, starve 'em until they get rid of all the poorly researched bandaid laws concerning modified & imported cars Is this still in the draft stages ie: just a proposal or is there actual legislation being put through on this? can anyone comment on this? I am planning on buying an r34 GTT in a year's 1/2 time, if those laws are put in place may as well just save up a few more years & buy a GTR : If you ask me the government should tackle the big issues: huge carbon fibre wings on excels

Mine has a lap sash seatbelt for the middle section of the rear seat, it doesn't even look like a seat! I get the shortest person to sit in the middle otherwise I can't see in my rearview P.S I dunno about you, but the backseat in my 33 is a b*tch to remove, especially the bottom part

My cousin owns a stockish gts25 r33. with zorst & hi-flow apexi panel filter From what I've seen it has a decent launch, but later the commodores & falcons creep in front due to the 2.5L displacement versus a 3L+ engine Thank god the rb25de is twin cam, it's a godsend for the n/a I wonder how a NEO engine would perform?

Like the title says Anybody ever bought stuff from G-force bodykits or know anyone who has? Their website: G force bodykits I'm interested in their 33gtr rear wing & the JUN style side skirts cheers

Haha yeah a Stock Series1 R33 frontbar does look similar to the older model camrys as they have similar shaped headlights & indicators in the same place. My car has a two tone metallic silver with a grey strip on the bottom & thankfully it hides the camry-ness If anything I get more looks because it's not a very common colour scheme.

I can just picture that bad boy prowling through the city streets, sound system pumping out showtunes from the 1930s with a 90+ y.o driver with his baseball cap, arm draped out the side of his car

My line's a DD. I try to drive off boost as much as possible when I'm about 5-10 mins away from reaching my destination on long trips. Short trips I don't usually bother I've gotten so used to driving my line that driving anything less irritates me :lol:

Money not an issue aye? non turbo? then get an r34 GT OR As others have said get a paddock basher an save up. I've had my 33 for nearly 1 &1/2 years, an with the money I've spent altogether I probably could've saved it up in that time an be driving an r34 GTT by now. Hindsight may be 20/20, but it's also a b*tch. Oh & whether or not you think it's worth getting a n/a skyline, check out the n/a performance section of the forum & ask around what their cars are like

I was driving along the great western the other day coming back from Penrith. I was sticking to the speed limit when from nowhere came a patrol car from behind me. It must have been doing at least 100 to catch up to me (in the 70 zone past kingswood train stn.) He tailed me for a few minutes even tailgating me. After that he switched lanes & sped off past me. Nice to see my taxdollars being spent to pay such fine officers of the law.

Autostyle had some tough GTRs at the sydney show last year. It was funny, when me & my mate saw the 3 r32's hardly anybody noticed them except my friend & I. After they got dynoed there was a whole crowd around them taking pictures.

I think your post would be more at home at a civic or lancer enthusiast forum... assuming there are any out there
