Not 'computer' art, still amazing http://www.ebaumsworld.com/3dwalls.html
  5. I think the only truly 'rare' R33s would have to be the 400Rs, correct me if I'm wrong... === often imitated, never duplicated
  6. been for a ride in an S15(oz spec ) Still an awesome drive. Felt squashed in the seats though, even with the front passenger seat all the way back. looks, both cars are very stylish compared to other sports cars, but the 34 is much nicer in my opinion. You just can't go past those aggressive headlights
  7. *sniff* An here I was like a fool thinking i was the only one driving around in a "granny" auto I've been asked a lot of questions like "why buy an auto skyline for?" They soon change their tune when they've taken a ride in it. That said, my next car will have to be a manual, after learning to drive in a manual, autos don't seem as satisfying when you're driving. I have a habit of pushing my left foot down onto the foot rest and keeping my hand on the shift lever
  8. Spotted a White 34 GTT parked on Queen street in St. Marys today
  9. Honestly though, anyone who buys a skyline has to be a little bit of a lead foot themselves
  10. shiny, shiny pitchurs
  11. bwahaha  Well, I'm just under 5'8 an some of mah fellow asian friends are taller than I am. Sometimes they hit their head on the rear windscreen when I accelerate too hard. R33 though, don't know the difference in rear seat between r34-r33
  12. I'd buy an r33 GT-R wing, but swap the end plates for some nice carbon fibre nismo pieces I think putting GTR or GTR style kits on a GTS-t is okay if you don't put the gtr badges on it.
  13. I think any r34 GTR is to die for. But that one is extra nice
  14. lol  Awesome car you got there Fatz Post up some more vids of it when you can man, good stuff
  15. I've got one on mine, maybe it was a factory option? All I know is it activates when you go over 70km an goes back up at 50km.(you can hear it go up and down if you turn the radio off) There is a button to raise and lower it yourself but it only works if you have the handbrake up, my guess so you can lower it when you wash your car or something. I agree it adds downforce when you are at higher speeds. As for a GTR, they already have a grey strip on the front bar that sits lower than the rest of the car so I guess it does the same job.
  16. I heard you have to be careful if changing the rims with a GTR because it screws with the HICAS/ATTESSA is that true?
  17. T's are way too common these days, go the R!
  18. hehe yeah, that's women for ya, they buy cars more on looks most of the time. Yeah the Xsara is only 3 years old and has so many problems. I always give her a good ribbing about how my 11 year old japanese car still runs a treat. Frankly, my beat up old '89 seca runs better hahah hmmm.. might take the 'ol corolla for a spin rite now...
  19. hey wor wor 2, My cousin drives a N/A r33 an I can tell you that they do hold their own and are a comfortable ride. I'd also imagine the N/A's would have much better fuel consumption compared to a turbo. The only thing I don't like about them is they come with only 4 wheel studs. So it would be a bit of a hassle to find decent rims if you're looking at some bling. Seriously though, a stock standard Gts-t isn't that powerful. My 33 has stock turbo etc. and I got used to driving it the day I brought it home from the dealer. I'll get into the modifying game as soon as I can afford it See If you can have a test drive in both a N/A and a turbo and make up your mind. in my opinion, a turbo will be much more rewarding in the end If you do go with an N/A R33 make sure it has the RB25DE engine.
  20. Bwahaha Takumi Hello I drive an r33 gts-takumi
  21. They do lose their lift after a while, so you'd be looking at replacing 'em every few years or so depending on how long they last. My sister bought a Citroen Xsara that has a gas-strut for the bonnet an it stopped working after 2 years. In Citroens wisdom they never added a manual bonnet stay, so if you need to check the engine you need someone to keep the bonnet up for you!
  22. whoa, that dash is trippy! Looks like something out of an 80's sci-fi movie hehe
  23. Pity, I thought Subaru were onto a good thing with their current front end design of the impreza. It's the ugly backside of the wrx's that have stopped me from loving them as much as skylines. The ol' bug eyes actually look appealing compared to those pics
  24. anybody know about the x-box version thats coming out? Will the graphics look halfway decent compared to someone running it on full detail on a beasty state of the art PC? I'm pretty sure the online play over xbox live would be a little more stable. I'll probably buy it anyway, I Just wanna know people's opinions. I gave up upgrading my computer ages ago because it would just get outdated after a few months!
  25. When I'm over my g/f's place I have to park on the side street because she lives in an apartment. I usually take out the main blade fuse from the back of the car. I also do it if I have an all day shift at work. Apart from that, the usual clublock and immobiliser are a good visual deterrent
