I've seen a black example on the net that had the stockies from a 34 GTR, looked H-O-T. I was tempted for awhile to get a GTR 'style' kit for my 33 but I decided to just wait a few years until I can afford to buy a real GTR (34 preferrably ) but if you have the free time and funds then go for it. Any skyline looks hot imo, even the 31s look good compared to other cars of it's day, Enjoy your car and good luck if you plan to go ahead with it

A little off topic........ In regards to Legends of speed (which I taped when it was on SBS hehe) Was the movie released before or after The Fast and The Furious? Because there were a couple of things similar between the two movies, I haven't watched either in awhile, but the one thing that comes to mind is the mechanics in both movies. In Legends of Speed the mechanic was mentally retarded but an ace with cars and tuning, Fast and Furious had a guy who had A.D.D but was also an ace with cars and tuning. Other things in common too but I'll have to watch them again to point them out. Initial D 1st stage is still the best IMO, the rest is kind of pointless Any good sites I can download the movie from?

The Radio worked fine before I replaced it. It had a sony CD player head but you could only load cd's from the 10 stacker, the sound was terrible but it's probably just how my one was I installed a new deck and also put a cd holder to fill the hole that the crappy old CD deck left

U lucky, NONE of my speakers worked when I got mine hehehe I replaced mine with 6.5 JBLs 'coz the screw patterns fit with the stockies an they handle the low end a lot better than I thought they would. No sub (dead weight IMO), and the factory amp works just fine. System wise, If ya wanna spend the dosh on a spankin' sound install go for it. Just make sure it's done professionally coz I've seen some nasty DIY jobs in a couple of 33's.

Hey Ant, what's the go with this type S 140/147kws? how does that valve mechanism add the 7 kws? Obviously something to do with the exhaust but how does it work exactly?

Okay, gettin some conflicting information here... Can anyone shed some light on my situation? I'm on my Red P's an I'm currently on license suspension for speeding on M4 (my bad. I admit it.) Do the new laws affect me once I am off suspension? I have heard that it only applies if you already have your P's but lose them or get suspended after the cut-off period? BTW any idea how they're going to tell the diff. between a current P-plater an someone who got their P's after the cut-off?

Hey, Do you guys know anywhere I can buy a replacement antenna or a shop that can fix it for me? Or should I just take it to a nissan service place? My dad borrowed the car for the day. Took it to the car wash on the way home an he left the player on = the antenna stayed up. Now the thing is farked up an won't extend out! I can hear the antenna motor winding but the antenna stays where it is. any help is much appreciated

hmmm, took me awhile to get used to driving with boost, but you do get used to it, be especially careful when it's raining if you're still getting used to driving the car. I didn't get my r33 until after I got my manual P's, before that I drove the good old Corolla, so it was a big step up in power terms. other things to consider.... U say you not a hoon, but others on the road are and will try to drag you if you in a nice superior skyline, don't give in to peer pressure, if u have a skyline even people who know jack all about cars can look at a skyline an know it's fast, so there's no need to prove it on the street :wassup: INSURANCE is a bi@tch, but if your parents are willing to fork out the dosh than it should be alright, my folks pay some of it for me Just to clear something up, are u saying you will learn manual on a friend's skyline? are they on unrestricted license Don't wanna sound like yo Grandma but if you do drive around make sure it's with a licensed driver coz my g/f is on her L's still an she got done in the other day driving with her friends an no parents, so be careful

Yeah, I was lucky enough to be allowed to test drive one when I was shopping around with my dad for my car & I'm still drooling from the experience hehe. I love how the dash seems to wrap around you and the electric seats were fun to play with too :headspin: However I am forever loyal to skylines now so I voted for the GTT

Hey Stefan, I used to live in the States as well but only when I was very little so I don't remember very much about it. My Family moved from Pasadena, California to Sydney when I was around 6 years old an my Parents have told me they never regretted the move here I have been back to California on vacation though. Very nice to visit, but I can't say anything about San Antonio as I've never been. 2 things that are different in Aus... * Driving on the opposite side * People in Sydney are more laid-back than in California, but can't say anything about people in Perth as I've never been there aswell BTW what's it like to live in Texas?

there's 4 body kits u can get from doing outrun races there's 2 from the first game and 2 new ones but they are ugly on most cars I rekon I think I unlocked them after doing a few outrun races in stage 5?
