  1. I want my 3 minutes back
  2. Well done! Wow, didn't know the 32's came with ca18's aswell. U learn something new everyday. Oh & BTW, I think that when r33 owners say "GTS-T" they're just abbreviating the "25" bit. I know that's what I do
  3. hey, just curious about your setup... do you have a FMIC on your car? my drop down spoiler might have to go if I get an aftermarket frontbar & FMIC cheers ==== SW20-GT: I believe that R32's came with this option aswell. A guy on these forums with an r32 posted a pic of his when I posted a topic about my drop down spoiler, he called it a GT autospoiler if I remember correctly
  4. They were both factory options. I've got the drop down lip you're talking about. I think it's proper name is a "GT autospoiler"(?) it activates automatically when you drive but you can also use it when parked if you have the handbrake up.(probably so you can wash it when you wash your car)
  5. Hey guys, been awhile since I posted anything just got bak from holidays Anyway, Peugot's "Hoggar" Like, dislike? I personally don't mind it, but I'd need to see one up close to make up my mind Linky Some pics:
  6. Hi lismo, hopefully these can be of some help to you These are the brackets that were screwed directly onto the metal parcel shelf, the brackets fit over the rear speakers & these are the mouting hooks for the baby seats, they were screwed onto the centre screwhole on the metal brackets shown above A picture of my rear shelf. U can't see it in that photo, but where the 6x9 speaker covers are there should be in it's place a circular plastic speaker cover with the anchor points coming out from them, hence why the brackets fit over the speakers Hope these pics give u an idea of what you need. I had to yank out my back seat just to take the parcel shelf cover off, but there's a tutorial in the D.I.Y section on how to remove the rear seat if you're interested. Cheers
  7. oem look is king for skylines, why mess with something that looks appealing from the factory? I'm really motivated to buy a 400r front bar, but I'm not sure about fibreglass & places I was considering buying from eg. Carmate have had some negative comments
  8. That's hot. not too keen on the rear spoiler though from that pic. got any rear side pics?
  9. Hope this helps. Right hand side, or opposite to antenna side. U should find some bolt holes on the small shelf Crappy factory stacker that came with my car
  10. Lismo: I can post up pics of anchors & metal brackets if u want. As Woolls said, 3 anchor points one in the centre of the rear shelf & two on either side coming out of the speaker grills. If they're missing then you should at least notice a hole in the middle of the rear shelf where the anchor would've been located. Unless a custom parcel shelf has put in it's place, etc.
  11. I've heard you need to get the factory gtr bars modded to fit onto Gtst's as they are a few mm's out of alignment, also maybe different mounting points? Sorry I can't be of any further help, but it would be worth your while to ask around places like Unique Autosports as they specialise in nissans.
  12. You forgot age 17-25 = It's on V-Tec Yo!!!
  13. maybe u should post that up i the DIY section if you haven't already I might need it should my buttons ever go on the fritz
  14. Awesome Thanks for that Shmiddy I should be getting around to it soon. I'm going to take a few test sprays on some old brake pads I've got lying around to get an idea of the finish with the primer I'm going to use. Cheers again buddy
  15. Been pulled over once at midnight coming home from a party for a "random licence Check" The lady officer was askin what I was doing, where I was headed etc. Just to distract me while the other guy searched around my car with a flashlight. Good thing I'm a stockie Just gave the once over on my licence, handed it back to me and said have a good night. Other than that I've never been pulled over
  16. Bump. I just bought a can of that Dupli-colour metalcast paint in the red. Will 1 can be enough? they only had one can left. I was thinking of using Septone Automotive's Brake Caliper & Drum Paint for the primer as I already have a few cans of the stuff lying around my garage. Anybody know if this would be okay to use with the dupli-colour? Also, anybody tried just taping up the surrounding area than applying the paint? Or would it be better off in the long run to pry the Calipers off & paint them. Cheers Oh & schmiddy, excellent job. If it wasn't for this thread I wouldn't even have considered doing this for myself
  17. So you're saying T's came with S-hicas also? If so, then I should've looked a little harder when buying my car
  18. My bad. Should've elaborated more... I know what you said but what I meant with 'same principle' is that they both steer wheels to adjust the car
  19. Are the Rear parcel shelf speaker grilles still in good condition, or were they burnt out with the rest of the interior? I'll give ya $15 bucks for them If you're near Sydney/Parramatta area
  20. With an install like that, I wouldn't want to thrash the car around. Great job osiris, all thumbs up
  21. Disclaimer: Sau does not condone irresponsible driving nor the use of illegal equipment yada yada Just be mindful of what you post, even if you're kidding. We get all types browsing this forum apparently.
  22. ^^^just to clear up any misunderstandings some people might have... That would be the Super HICAS off a gtr HICAS found on gtst's work on the same principle, but only the rear wheels move as opposed to all four with super hicas.
  23. wow. Never even heard of those before.
  24. Wouldn't bother really, nothing but electronic gadgetry designed to give you a false sense of security IMO. ================================ Be honest, you wanna be able to gun it on the highway without any consequences right? There's still a high probability you can get booked. & if you do get pulled over, and mr highway patrol officer spots your radar detector, what with all those fancy LEDs and beeping noises, you just try and convince him you were speeding by accident. just a thought.....
