  1. if the car stock you shouldn't have a problem at dickson. the only thing i would check is that your spare wheel has a little sticker on it rating the wheel/tyre to 80 kph. i know that some guys on here have been caught on that before.... btw: car looks nice....
  2. very cool... something else to note: the stock boost for an R33 turbo is 7psi, not 10....
  3. woohoo! mine showed up yesterday! to the rest of you! cheers Anthony, they look great.....
  4. when i 1st swapped my 33 in ACT rego, i didn't go to dickson and it passed over without any hassles.
  5. This is my latest mod.... My new daily driver allows me to leave my line' in the garage at home, saving my semi-slicks, race brakes etc.. Some of you may recognise this car as it was previously owned by LTSjayce (its gone to a good home buddy!). So if you see some mad idoit in a subie waving at you in your skyline, its probably me!
  6. Welcome! at least you didn't get a 32! 1. Dont know anything about Toll Autologistics. Best to call them yourself and ask.... 2. Not sure about north side but i recently got a rego inspection at Layon Service Centre and so have some other guys. All said good things and i would recommend them too. Just dont act like your a know-all and he'll look after you! DO NOT take your car to Dickson as they will f*ck you around and cause you headaches. Many people on here will vouch for that... 3. He charged me $52 for rego inspection. Rego itself will be about $190 for 3 months (approx $600 for a year!). They also charge you a once off "administration fee" of $70 which covers your new number plates. 4. The compliance plates DO NOT allow you to drive the car anywhere. They simply say that your car has been complied to ADR's which allows you to have the car rego'd for Australian roads. In order to drive it, you must go to an ACT Shopfront and get a one-day permit for the vehicle so you can drive it to have it inspected. However this only covers you in the ACT and as your car will be in NSW, you must go to a Shopfront in NSW and get a one-day permit for NSW too! Or you can simply have it towed to the inspection place. Hope this helps....
  7. 20th or 21st of Dec has my vote.... not sure of the idea of big all-day cruise as its a busy time of year on the roads, not to mention an expensive time as well! i dont think i'll be able to afford the 1 or 1.5 tanks of fuel just to cruise around.
  8. spotted a light blue Audi R8 near old parliment house this morning. sex on wheels..... that is all.
  9. i think i'll cruise past tonight and grace you all with my presence
  10. you can buy aftermarket parts for them (wheels, exhaust, wings etc..). as for the coilovers, just paint them the same scheme as yours and no one will know the difference.... (i've made a few in my time!)
  11. gave a wave to white R33 which i drove past this morning on my way up the ramp to parliment house along commonwealth ave....

  16. shame about the forum name idea. i think its a great idea. its not supposed to attract any extra attention, it just says that your a member of SAU ACT and that your forum name is 'blah'. maybe thats something that we could pay for if you'd be interested in the business?
  17. what having our forum name on the sticker? eg: 'SAU ACT - Frink' i think that would be sweet....
