  1. i've driven one..... it was an auto (tiptronic), GPX. was stock. they are cramped for room, dont go that hard at all (even for a non-turbo sports car. my old R31 would put it to shame...), and in my opinion, they dont handle that well either. too much understeer. and the auto is a really poor box. i wasn't impressed........ but then again, i dont like anything with a mitsubishi badge.
  2. so the R32's like playing dress up's, do they? he just wrapped himself up in his bed sheets!
  3. saw a black 32 gtst this morning with white wheels and very dark (like black) window tint. it was heading southbound along yamba dr, going past the hospital. i didnt bother waving cause i couldnt even see the driver!!! no offence.....
  4. it looks too much like a "supercar" design....... (lambo etc.....) i dont like it, as i think its lost its "classic" shape of the skyline look. however, i could grow to like it........
  5. actually, i've heard some girls say that bigger is NOT better....... draw your own conclusions to that. what was the topic in this thread again???

    Defects

get your car and your mods engineered, so that if this ever happens again, you can just flash the engineering certificate in the cops face and tell them to f*ck off!!! theres not much they can do then......
  7. yeah i've got 10 inches of fury..... i am a little suspect of gus, and how he knows that!!!!!! all jokes aside..... really, its huge........
  8. i know you do rich....... its all good, we love it too
  9. yeah, we were there. having quite drinks. danni was there too, but we didn't call her an ambulance!!!
  10. yes, i think i'd be having it looked at....... maybe time for a new oil pump???
  11. its ok, sauce.... atleast your car can be driven around so it can get spotted!!!! sorry richard, you left yourself open to that......
  12. i've heard something similar, however, if something does happen to get sucked through your air filter, it might break the wires inside it, which would be a major pain in the arse..... i dont think the flow rate would be much different anyway if you did remove. i reckon its better to be safe then sorry......
  13. there seems to be a lot of favour here for the R32. ask the same question on the nissansilvia website, and they'd tell you to buy the 180. go figure..... buy whatever your comfortable with and what you see yourself cruising around in.
  14. a friend of mine has one, the same model your referring to, only his is the group A edition, which is rare. they weigh over 1500kg, cause of the 4wd gear. they are not quick at all. (thats my opinion, anyway...) his car was close to standard and i could beat him convincingly in my stock mx-6! they are expensive to modify, cause they aren't a common car and i reckon they look like a frog with wheels!!! this is just my opinion/experiences. if your bro really wants one, then tell him to buy one, cause it'll make him happy. if he just wants a fast car, then i recommend he look else where.... my 2 cents......
  15. nah, its not the suspension, its because it has so much power, that it just throws you back and the car is wheel standing!!!! (yeah right....i wish!) yeah, the standard suspension is a little on the saggy side. you can buy my suspension off me if you want? (its not stock...). i've just bought some coilovers..... hehe
  16. what time you working today? i might have to come and introduce myself this arvo.....
  17. HAHAHA! spot on! another one joins the whale watching club!
  18. Gus, thats about the most intelligent thing you've every done!
  19. spotted ewen this arvo driving past the cop shop at tuggers. i was waiting at the lights, you didnt see me though........
  20. just be careful when buying a car from sydney. i did, and even though im extremely happy with my car, there are some dodgy buggers up there. have a look at the for sale section for "whole cars" on the site here, they have some great cars there, im sure you'll find something you like. (i wish i did that before i bought mine, ah well....) the main difference between a S1 and an S2 is the front bar, head lights, rear wing (can always be changed...) and bonnet? (im not sure bout the last one...) the museum is a weekly thing, someone will be there, im sure..... (nik!!!)
  21. saun, i was gonna say the same thing......HAHAHA!
  22. i've found that its never worked, nor has it ever worked on me.....
  23. who gets pick axe insurance anyway???? i guess you could say "ah, it got keyed.....they used a really big one!!!!"
  24. i agree with jayce also. make a date, say the first friday back at school, to confirm all the cars, if not, then tough...... or else it'll just be di*king everyone around. they either want to ride in a Skyline, or they dont.........
