  3. saw theo's R34 GTR at erindale this morning. i drooled......
  4. why do that anyway? if you want an R33, buy an R33 and vice versa.
  5. sorry mate, but i had some serious drinking to attend to. hope you had a good time.
  6. spotted a black R32 gtst with what looked to be a vortex front bar, a huge FMIC and a mad bonnet, turning into o'malley about 1.30ish today. looked and sounded great. also saw a nice black R33 gtst series II along adelaide ave about 3.30ish with a P plate. gave a wave, didnt get one back. am watching the V8's atm, how good is this race?! also watching the weather out the window, looks pretty black....hello drift.....

  9. any takers for friday night? might as well come this week, cause we wont be there next week. im going. jayce, i got a dvd for you to watch. (need a hint? EH EH EEEEHHHHHHHHH!)
  10. yep, just a day when anyone can go. i've got some mates coming from sydney who'll be doing it too, in cars like an EVO 9, supra, etc..... mick is coming with me and will be filming it, could be another chance for a dvd.... if anyone wants a booking form, just let me know, via PM with your email address and i'll send it to you.
  11. hahahahahaha! thats gold....
  12. i'd say the 180sx would be the better drifter, having a more even weight spilt. the 32 would probably be better suited for time attack. (this is just a theoretical assumption). however, you could use both these cars for either application. But the R33 leaves em both for dead
  13. mad backfire
  14. mine was done. however, i think its different for a 33. it also cuts your rev limiter, which can be a problem when driving for "applications" which require constent high RPM. i'll have to be careful at the skid pan day.......
  15. Big Rizza, hahahahahahahaha, thats funny cause it true! you tend to notice that the higher the class of car or the bigger the power, the less they are likely to use it on the street. example, i know of a guy in canberra who's car puts out huge power (500+ Kw), but you'd never know unless you were at a track, cause he knows it'd put anything on its arse in about 10 secs flat! (1/4 mile time!)
  16. i love my car. even though it can be replaced, i know my car will never cheat on me.
  17. Love the doors!
  18. well im booked in for the day. i did come across some interesting imformation however. for the days events, it will only cost you $125! i thought it was more, but because its only a half day session, its half price. would be great to have you guys join me and and giving your car nuts.
  19. my 1st car was Datto 200B. nothing flash, but transport. my 1st "real" car was an R31 silhouette. it was good for learning the basics of certain driving techniques. like rear wheel drive, powerslides and LSD's. cause i can just see you getting a little excited on the throttle in the wet, coming on boost and spinning out or worse.....(i've seen it happen, not good). i'd rather crash a 31 than a 33, cause parts will be much cheaper for the 31. (not saying you will.) but hey, its your money, you do what you like. i just thought i'd share my experiences
  20. basic rule: whatever you feel comfortable driving. dont comprimise on anything when buying a car, atleast thats what i did when i bought mine, and i haven't looked back since.
  21. "its only a car"........."ITS ONLY A CAR!!!" i hate when my girlie (god bless her) says that line. she hates the attention it recieves over her, however, she does like cruising up to a party or function in it! *sighs* you cant win.......
  22. in canberra, its d*ckheads in commodores who think they got "something to prove". sorry to say guys, but you aint driving at bathurst, you dont own a v8 supercar, and you aint mark skaife! i hate it when they sit next to you at the lights, a distorting subwoofer thumping and looking across at you revving their car, trying to impress the girl in the passenger seat. its not worth loosing your car over either, if you get caught, cause lets face it, he aint gonna get caught because, he'll be too far behind! these are the people who give others like us a bad name.
  23. send a PM to Bluprint and ask the same question.
  24. i see that car getting around now and then. it looks worse for wear now than what it did then.
  25. well, most of us don't anyway!
