when the light comes on you have aprox 10 litres left in the tank by my experiences
-
i hade this problem a while back it was the head to exhaust manifold gasket it was leaking because the last 3 bolts were cracked took me about 4 hours to repair not much room to remove the last 2 bolts had to get a right angle drill to drill out the studs gasket $100 labour 4 hours i took the opportunity to replace the turbo to a larger unit at the same time dont stress this screaming wont break your car its just annoying eventualy the gasket will burn away and you wil beggin to lose power up top if your planing to upgrade turbo take the opportunity now as ita has to come off anyway
-
yup its the amp for the rear speakers

fuel pump is on a bracket inside the fuel tank mounted against the wall of the tank beside the fuel guage trust me its there i had to get into mine acess is through the boot just unscrew the 7" cap on the tank and reach inside

are you still on standard injectors ? or have you opted for bigger ? if bigger which ones did you go for ?
-
a realistic figure tor thr 25t on stock injectors and stock turbo is about 180- 190 ish rwkw standard ecu, inj, pump will only support this much i know this as that is waht i have ended up with current mods fmic custom garrett T4 full 3" pipe and high flow cat fuel cut defender i reached 100% duty cycle at 179.5 rwkw i need to change now ecu inj fuel pump fuel press regulator 2:1 ratio
-
the pump sits on a metal bracket which is clipped in place all you have to do is unclip the metal bracket and it comes out with hoses and attacments the pump is clamped to the bottom of the bracket so you simply clamp it back in the same place once your done to remove the assembly you need to feel inide and slide the bracket up and to the side and it unlocks the access panel is in the raised section of the boot on the right hand side and yes the plastic cap is a pain to get off its so tight i recomend removing the battery from the car during tank opening less chance of sparks byt he time you figure out the how the bracket comes out you will be well and truly high even if your tank is almost empty
-
no tank dropping required whole assembly comes out through the boot acess pannel in the boot then unscrew the plastic cap and remove assembly from in tank i did this once but i dont recomend doing this it is a dangerous procedure and the whole boot fills up with fuel vapours one spark and boom you now have no face aswell as the bad effects fuel vapours can have on your lungs after 5 min of fiddling inside the tank i was completely ****ed up i had no idea how high you can get on fuel vapours not a good high mind you killer headache and loss of balance and also spinnin`... spinnin`.... spinnin` make it stop
