He likes the cruising part... and I love the drag racing part. $10k is a lot to "cut back on" when you've been living on $50k a year and have a car and mortgage to pay off.. That's $192 a week... that's a lot.

Certainly is QLD wide. Most of our sponsors will give you some type of discount, that being fleet, 5%, 10% or 15%, depending on how much you are spending and what services you are getting. I guess it depends on your own personal self and whether you want to join up. I know my "steep" $55 joining fee has paid for itself and beyond with being a member/executive of the club. We run members only events which consist of cruises, breakfasts, skidpans, lvma's and social outings. We like to run our events so our members are getting something back for what they put in. In September alone we have our Jamboree display, plus a lvma/skidpan and members meeting where you get to have your say where the club is heading. Not to mention the weekly social dinners which are normally held at Cactus Jacks at Loganholme on a Tuesday night at 7pm. Along with the events, you are also offered the opportunity to purchase merchandise that is available to members only. The range currently consists of jackets, beanies, caps, lanyards and a soon to be released SAU 2006 calendar which is currently in the initial stages of production. Our prices for membership are in line with all other states which makes this an even playing field for all members from different states so one can't say "they are paying less... why so" and the like. I guess it's up to yourself whether you would like to join, but I have been lead to believe that the membership + discounts + events are well worth the intital $55 to join and the annual renewal of $25 each year.

It's just the rating system that was temporarily introduced when the boards were swapped over.. Depending on how many posts you have is to what rating you were... Don't ask me why they did it because i have no idea... but it's there. You can delete it if you like, go to Control Panel and "edit profile info" and put in a new customer title.

Is this while you've been driving? Or parked in the driveway at home? I've been egged once (and I know who the person is) and I was lucky that the dipshit who did it wasn't very smart and egged the car one cold night when it was all dewey. There for, the egg did not harm the paint, not stick to it to damage it. We took it straight to the carwash at 2am in the morning to get it all off.

I've seen a Silver R33 parked on Lytton Road near the spray painting place 2 afternoons in a row this week. The yesterday I saw a white R34 GT.. something.. along Wynnum Road near Cannon Hill around 5:30

Guys, I'm after a white R33 gtst with the standard series 1 wing, mspec front bar and mags to join me on a wedding assignment on the 22nd October 2005. We will be driving in the redlands area from the house to ceremony, to photos and then reception. The bride is very specific that she wants both cars to look the same so I thought the best bet would be to find a white series 1 R33 gtst with the standard series 1 wing and mspec front bar. You will be needed from 2pm till around 5:30 when we drop them back off at the Reception at the Grand View Hotel at Cleveland. If you would like to help out with this wedding, please post below.
