I've owned a WRX and GTR so I can shed some light. Simple truth is, the WRX is so forgiving, it makes all drivers look good. Sure a gtst has better torque, thus better acceleration in a rolling start, but from standing the WRX wins cause of the 4wd advantage. Your 32 Gtst will have a more better chassis as it's similar to the GTR's chassis. Skylines have a more solid feel to them and give you more confidence cornering. WRX brakes are OK. GTSt, depends on which model you have but the 4 piston calipers will have the upper hand. Grip, WRX hands down. Again the 4WD. No drifting though. Naturally more cornering speed in a WRX, but don't go thinking your invincible in the wet. Comparing a WRX to a GTR, depends on what your priorities are. Money wise, WRX. Performance wise, GTR everytime. Better chassis, better brakes, more power, more torque. GTR will leave you with dry teeth from grinning too much. Only drawback is you have to learn how to use ATESSA to get the most out of it.

Save yourself the headache and get a GTR. If your really keen on it, talk to Peter from Advan Performance in Silverwater. His car was originally a R33 GTS4 turned GTR with sunroof.

Saw an old lady in a 4WD with the side windows folded in. Old bag nearly swipped me. Move next to her to tell her what side mirrors are and she thinks I'm giving her the finger so she doesn't look at me. And people reckon young drivers are dangerous!

At a track day a while back, on the twisty bits I was all over the GTO's. Had more corner speed and could brake a lot later than them. There were about 3 of them. Coming on the straight though, they've got torque and plenty of it. PFC should fix that problem now.

Don't it cost a pretty penny to enter? I had the funny thought of getting a mini and slapping in a roll cage and go bonkers down there.

You got let off. Got let off in my old wrx. Let it be a lesson. When cops or people see the 4 round lights, they start picking on you. When I'm in the CRV things are very different.

It's not just cops. There are some people out there who want to massage their ego's so they egg you on doing sh*t like that. There are your assh0le cops and your good cops, just like everywhere else. Pisses you off but that's life.

I use to be a Honda car fan when Senna was winning. After Honda pulled out I discovered the GTR and Bathurst. Haven't looked back since. Integra Type R and NSX are the only ones worth mentioning. Rest are like sleeping pills.

Charmed is one FUBAR of a show. Battling supernatural forces while hitting on guys and balancing a career? Just as FUBAR as the movie Orgazmo, kung-fu morman who becomes a pornstar/superhero. Mate, lucky we went to watch the race in melbourne cause commentating on tv was bill woods and neil crompton(spelling?). Mate taped it and f*** me dead, they know jack about f1. I really hope you hear james allan and martin brundell for this one. btw, how the f*** does charmed get priority over f1?
