yeh i guess im lucky bout that.. but still may happen, 1 of the down sides to owning a car like this is not being able to park it in most places on the street...

yeh but the prob in my case is, well the thing that scares me i shud say, is that the car has been in the driveway/carport at home for the last 3 days, so it must have been taken from my place....

yeh i know, i cud handle the valve but a nut thats just annoying... The wheels already have the rays lock nuts, so i need the normal wheel nut, otherwise id have 2 lock nuts on the wheel haha lol

Hey guys, Just thought id let you all know that im not happy at all. Yesterday some ass hole, stole one of my rays wheel nuts. Now im left with a wheel that is missing a sexy blue nut Im so pissed coz i cant find anywhere to buy a replacement, so im going to have to buy the entire set. i dont get why people do this crap, its so annoying... anyways thats my stupid rant, oh and if anyone has a rays wheel nut lying around that will fit on my GTR, then let me know, i will buy it off ya the nuts are the ones in my avatar pic....

I think this is a bad idea, as no one really knows how the new GTR will take off!!! i mean i believe it will be way too expensive for most people, and probably wont be available in AUS for a while.. all rumours for now but i honestly think that the new GTR wont be a big hit and in saying this the price of the 34GTR will either go up or stay as it is for a while. Take the 34 GTT as an example, when the 350gt came out it wasnt a big hit and the price of the r34GTT stayed the same and actually went up for a little while because of the the demand. anyways thats my 2c

The top one isnt a v-spec... Hey dude, i just purchsed a 34GTR exactly 2 weeks ago now. If you want my advice, take your time, dont rush into any purchase and make sure u get it checked out properly. Also the main thing is condition i say, i spent 3 months looking for mine and it was only by chance i found a Midnight purple 2 vspec in awesome condition. I had a look at heaps and most were rough, so yeh dont settle for anything just wait till u find the right one, after all it is a lot of money. Secondly make sure u dont get tricked into believing its a v-spec, do ur research and get the vin/chassis numbers checked out to ensure its a genuine v-spec. a lot of guys try making it look like one to sell it easier and for a higher price. other then that the usual, make sure its got no rust and hasnt been in a major accident. Price wise, i believe if u are chasing a vspec, then u need to budget at least 65-70k for a good 99-00 model in awesome condition. if u cant afford that then id say wait till u can.

hahaha thanks Yeh i had a set of the eastbear replicas, i got mine through powerplay imports tho, so if they are the same then they arent bad at all. In comparison to the real deal then there are a few differences. the genuine ones feel a little more firm, as in they feel a little stronger, and also have the extra height adjustment. Also obviously the trim is different too. but all in all they are really good seats they are an exact copy so they look the same (in shape) and hold u very well. i deffinately recommend these over any other aftermarket seat. keep in mind i got mine from powerplay so yeh i cant say the C-Red ones are the same but they look like the same product i also had mine about a year ago, and they were about $500 more expensive, so thats a pretty good price. I recommend the bride seat rails they work best and make sure they are super low ones... Its the rails that kill the budget ($600-700)

lol i know james... hence why im trying to find HKS one at a good price lol on this car it will all be brand name shite!!! needs to be i mean my old car was all brand name, the only thing that wasnt were the castor rods i went cheapo and got just jap ones but they were ok...

yeh i might thats a good idea greg.. but thing is i wanted to complete the hks exhaust thats why i was going for the hks front pipes.. i want the car to be all one brand and since its got some HKS gear i thought yeh why not just keep it all HKS... meh its only a front pipe i guess!!! also greg the 33 has trust front pipe with a custom dump off the turbo... so its not just a cheapy one lol... i wudnt change it until u change the rear housing if u were to go down that path.. personally id go tomei poncams first, i think u will be happy with them

man im trying to find HKS front pipes to complete my exhaust (only cat back) and geeeee's they are expensive.. whats the normal price of a front pipe? i know its a GTR and hence more complex pipe and little more $$$ but man they are like $600 is this normal?
