  1. my brakes are sweet, got spare pads/rotors, toolkit, jack & stand, 40L extra fuel tune is awesome, all ready to go. helmet packed, car washed and ready now to recover the knees for a day
  2. yeh was the dust-guard rubbing at a point. fixed the stud easily enough, all is great!!! body is damned sore, however the braking performance is simply amazing. an awesome upgrade, GTR calipers and track pads
  3. yeh why not
  4. rb25 auto awd - front driveshaft pulled for rwd dyno 249rwkw at 17/16psi 3rd gear Garrett GT3076 700177-5015 IWBB Turbocharger with ported Nissan 45V4 front / AVO .73 rear housings 60mm diameter 84-trim GT30 turbine and 76mm diameter 7/14 bladed compressor wheel in 56.9-trim JDM S15 Silvia 450/480cc injectors z32 afm, tomei head, 3" exhaust, remap
  5. nice, hope it fires well. replaced the broken wheel stud, r32 gtr calipers are a good bolt on upgrade for stag's. brakes work well, a little noise atm but all should be good
  6. too kind !
  7. well, the noise at the beginning was real-bad Im sure it was a slight touch of dust guard against rotor but, my rotors were pretty rough, so perhaps it was initial pad wear? the rotors seem smoother now, there is no noise, and I dont really think I did anything this morning, bar poking and prodding, to fix any noise issues up made sure lines wernt a problem anywhere, moved the hubs around and couldnt replicate the noise got to replace a broken wheel stud in the morning, I'll have another look at whats going on, but just perhaps the noise was pads against warped rotor? anyways, stops on a dime ontop of a knifes edge. all is well with the world of stagea brakes, bar the poor little track car's lack of front calipers
  8. I'll be wanting 2 stickers tbqh oh and to answer from a few days back, rwkw
  9. i bought a gtech performance metre/pro ageeees ago on ebay for bugga-all, but havent tried working it out yet probably should read the manual (again), and give it a go
  10. 2x Q45 air flow metres $60 total, pickup only cost me $200. Ive cut the top off to see if they were rooted - they arnt, my power-fc isnt setup for q45's thats why they wouldnt work for me cheap as chips
  11. turns out it is due to the length of the actuator arm the dip is when the internal wastegate is opening, so the shaft speed slows down could be fixed pretty easily, no big deal atm tho. 250kw is simply awesome and having the brakes to match now helps too (front r32 gtr calipers + qfm a1rm pads)
  12. for series-1 stagea, leave the rear brake calipers alone just add metal brake lines, Im using bendix 1144 pads, cheap at $50 axle delivered for the front, Ive got metal brake lines, slotted rotors, new QFM A1RM 780degree track brake pads, $119 axle delivered and installed yesterday 4-pot R32 GTR sutimoto front brake calipers brakes are simply amazing now, stops on a dime
  13. 3.5 nah have no fricken idea with a launch id say 4s isnt far off tho, should be a 12s 1/4mile
  14. but they are a performance nissan parts dealer. very much doubt it'd be a copy I'll be spending $200 soon on a genuine N1 water pump (new). bugger paying double for same product. I would have bought the above-linked N1 oil pump, but I happen to have a hks oil pump here in my possession (along with 87mm hks pistons, attkd rods, ati balancer, hks-step2 cam springs, greddy n1 ss cams, arp bolts, acl bearings, etc - got a deal i couldnt refute)
  15. tried this, but my Power-fc isnt set up for Q45 afm's. so it just would NOT run. could choose GTR32, gtr33, apexi power intake, rb25, vg30 Im going to have to sell my Q45 afm's, awaiting some Z32 (vg30) afm's now
  16. $250 delivered ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/NISSAN-SKYL...sQ5fAccessories a number of sellers at that price....
  17. turbo tune right? f**k that for a joke a nistune is a nistune. it aint a remap chip get your money back or take it further, mention "small claims court" & see what happens
  18. thanks lovely!! yeh its all good, calipers are fine, no more rubbing going on. seems as if it was the dust guard touching the inside of the rotor. got a replacement stud from unley nissan, will install it tomorrow cant do much now, not even walking !!!! all's ok tho. GTR R32 Sutimoto brake calipers and QFM A1RM track pads are fricken awesome! brings the 1800kg wagon (incl driver) to a dead stop in a split second.
  19. woot !! Im in !!
  20. seems to be the dust guard touching at 1 little point just snapped a wheel stud, so the rubbing is least of my concern atm out for a while to get it replaced, then might give it a go again, might not too - knees a megaf**ked
  21. nope what Ive listed for you above WILL be fine for R34 GTR panel filter, sparkplugs, injectors, afm's, coilpacks yes - r34 gtr is same as r33 gtst, see here http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/YELLOW-JACK...eQ5fCarQ5fParts you'll be right ! I got a set of yellowjackets for my r32 rb26 for $148 delivered ! if you do injectors, coil packs (if needed), air filter, new spark plugs, and z32 air flow metres, then tune the power FC for 1bar you should be right on 250kw however new injectors, air flow metres and coil packs most likely are not needed for Stage-1 tune all the best
  22. SR20 S13 S14 S15 Silvia 3" dump pipe brand new stainless steel 2-off mistakenly bought for GTR my bad $90 each including delivery, $80 pickup price

  24. yes the panel filter will drop right in. here is a Greddy one for $80 http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Greddy-Trust-Airinx...=item414dd9ec5a injectors for under $600 delivered http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Toyota-Supr...=item27b0a5158f coilpacks for $400 http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Performance-Coil-Pa...=item19b8125d38 Im using siemens 550cc injectors for my rb26 track car, got them from ebay usa new for $363 delivered. z32 new air flow metres, $170ea delivered http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/VG30dett-z3...sQ5fAccessories Up to you if you drop in larger injectors or not, but IMO Id keep the intercooler standard for now, air box standard just with a topbrand panel filter, Sparkplugs I mentioned are good for 300rkwk so definately grab them, cheap but perfect. NGK BP6RE .8mm copper Power-fc tune will cost around $450, and your stock airflow metres (and coilpacks) should be fine up to around 280rwkw
