  1. will whip straight around to 8000 once the magnetic interference issue with the crank-angle trigger is sorted but it was out of safe injector duty-cycle at 'only' 400rwkW anyway (with 1000cc's). E85's awesome, but my God you need enormous amounts of the stuff next stop 1600cc injectors, more boost, adjust cam lobe-centers and 450+ rear wheel killerwatts should result
  2. I'm after an O.E space saver spare to suit a 5-stud Skyline Will come to collect from Sydney/Central Coast/Wollongong Will pay $50 for it as long as it's non-buckled and has at least legal tread depth on the tyre please PM me or email [email protected]

  4. oh gawd no
  5. there was a bit of this going on at Powercruise- anyone that was there would have noticed the green Torrie with the rego 'SUBTLE' that had two huge turbos almost completely out of the bonnet... plenty of top-end drag cars these days have the turbo just high enough so the inducer sits level with the bonnet, with the bonnet shaped as a guide near the bottom of the inlet. freshest air possible with no vacuum losses, but not great for engine life. sucking in a dragon-fly or some other big insect prolly wouldn't do the turbo much good, either
  6. never visit that section and didn't know the topic existed. only searched here

  10. Thought it would be a good idea to start a database of wheels that includes the weights, for those looking to keep rotating mass down. Please only post here if you're 100% sure the quoted manufacturer weights are correct, or you've weighed the wheel yourself without balance tabs. It probably goes without saying, but don't bother adding info on 'House of Chrome' spec blingtastic dubs. Copy and paste the format example, remembering to include the offset (it affects the weight), and if the wheel is available hubcentric for late-model Nissans or if it requires spigot rings. For wheel dimensions use diameter/width in inches/offset in mm. Figures in kg to 2 decimal places in will be fine. Brand- Nissan Model- O.E R34 GT-R Wheel dimensions- 18x9.0 +30 Hubcentric?- Y Weight- 9.30kg
