  8. I have a threaded insert stuck on the end of my toe control rod on my R32... It was round on the outside but I have filed/cut a part of it flat in the hope that it would give me more grip to get it off... all it did was break my vice grips... what do you guys reckon I use to get it off...
  9. hahah I saw a 31 like that here in perth, me and my mate were behind it in his supra not paying much attention to it when it shot off.... we caught up and asked the guy about it - 450hp at the rear wheels... It was f**king fast....

  11. I love the VL spec seating position - It has to be about 45-60 degrees - so when you hang your arm out the window - its the rear passenger window your arm is coming out of...

  15. Your kit looks very similar to mine - So it should fit up pretty much the same as mine did. Did it not come with instructions? Mine took a few hours but I did it in an afternoon/night.
  16. Yeh I did mine in an afternoon/night... you will probably need to bolt your intercooler to your bumper support bar - which will also probably need some choppy chop - BUT this all depends on your kit, I am basing these instructions on installing a china copy kit, It wasn't too hard in the end but did involve a fair amount of swearing.. yours could be different..
  17. Yeh i wanna know how much and has anyone got one - cos my cat is destructing itself as we speak...
  18. I doesn't say the skyline is under supported vehicles... only the 350Z... is that right? has that something to do with the CAS?
  19. This is how mine comes out - and I am assuming thats how yours would be too. intercooler_setup.bmp
  20. Have a look at where your battery is - it is sitting on a right angle sort of shelf - the hole will be made in the side of this shelf below the battery so you don't have to relocate it... keep in mind I am only assuming this is how your kit goes as pretty much all of the kits I have seen that don't return through the factory piping on the same side go this way.. I am working on the pics - actually I will make a rough one in paint so you get the idea.
  21. To tell you the truth I have never even heard of the xede - Is it like an emanage? a piggyback unit?
  22. No you don't need to move the battery. The hole comes out underneath, but I guess it all comes down to the design of the kit - thats how mine worked... My standard front bar needed quite a bit of choppy chop....
  23. Oh will try get pics too.
  24. Assuming you are looking at the front of the car(RH Drive) - drivers side a hole needs to be cut in the body, passenger side it runs up thru the standard piping. This is assuming your kit is an up and over the radiator type. Cutting the hole is simple as there is a hole marked for if the chassis if it is used for a GTR - at least thats where I ran mine through.. Depending on what frontbar you have determines how much choppy you have to do...
