  7. Search for the thread titled "vins you want fasted?" some people have the nissan fast software which will tell you exactly what year, model, trim, options etc.. your numbers correspond to. Sorry i dont have the software but plenty of others do

  9. tag codes?? do u mean like vin numbers??
  10. i saw an old lady driving a worked full bogan spec XB falcon 2 door today. I laughed so hard my spleen ruptured
  11. Out of interest do these need to be glued/sewed on in any areas??
  12. Its chilly methinks.
  13. I found its a waste of time, as someone else said it leaves a greasy streaky residue, i might as well have sprayed crc on my windows. Got pissed with it to wiped it off the drivers side but its still on the passengers side. My flatmate said it best when she was in the passengers seat, "it looks like i'm driving drunk, but im not" lol.. The rainX window cleaner however works a treat .
  14. hmm so this is going ahead in 2 weeks time?? i'll have to get back to you next week. I wont say yes unless i'm 100% certain they fit within my budget (got rego and insurance lol )
  15. r32 are old but 33's arent?? Most of the 33's are in about the same condition as the 32's IMO.. also mate once you get one you'll be spotting 33's like camrys lol
  16. hmm i had similar problems a few weeks ago, but really only when the car was cold (like at 5am when you start it), would misfire for a while, and sound exactly like a suby, espicially just off idle.... driving around a while it would misfre before coming good. Problem has gone away now, not sure of the exact fix but i did the following, got fuel from a different place/brand + ran a bottle of injector cleaner through the system. (might have been a batch of bad fuel). Changed the fuel filter Ecu reset Pulled off the throttle body and afm and gave it a good clean up switched from 10w60 to 10w40 oil and changed the filter (dont think this would have been the fixer but you never know). All these were done at once so i got no idea what would fix the problem just it seemed to work for me
  17. I cleaned mine a couple of weeks ago, you need to get yourself some electrical contact cleaner, pull off the afm by taking off the hoseclamps and disconnecting the plug (be careful as sometimes the electrical connectors can crack easily if the plastic has aged bad). Give the whole inside of the afm a liberal coating (or if you're like me it was more like 6 coats lol) of contact cleaner, focusing on the hotwire sensor itself (thats the bit that sticks out). Leave it out to try for maybe 20min in the sun, give a final visual inspection to make sure you're happy it looks clean, then reinstall. Some people choose to remove the protective mesh that covers the inlet and outlet sides of the afm but i really dont think it would be a restriction...its there to stop nasty stuff from being sucked into the inlet if you're filter falls off or something. As for testing there is a way to do it with a multimeter, but i dont know the procedure. I have a blitz r-vit that tells me afm voltage, since it plugs into the consult connector i assume any consult interface would do the trick if you have access to one Hope this helps
  18. 3 pages later and i'm still saying wtf..
  19. I'll let you know if i can find a replacement bar of the same type as mine is likely to go in the bin, it needs fibreglass repair...
  20. depends how long ur talking, if only a few seconds (say 3-4) my car does this occasionally on really cold mornings. Could be alot of things, how long does the car sit before starting it? could be a leaking injector or something...
  21. So how much for a set of black leather covers, front only, with the wrinkle middle and red stitching, to suit r34 gt-t seats?? delivered to brisbane... Also, does anyone know if the doortrims pull apart so it would be easy to retrim the velour part with some spare material? (my last car's ones were glued together so i couldn't take it apart easily).
  22. Hi guys, that is my car lol. I can confirm the skirts are vielside style 2, the rear bar is trial, the spoiler is the standard s1 type. As for the front bar the previous owner said it was a trust, but i have been unable to find the exact one anywhere , but as someone else said i assume its a modified trust with the curved fins on the outer edges. Grill is the same, i'm not sure where it came from either. The front bar recently scored a bit of damage, i even sent some pics to a bodykit broker and he could not locate that style front bar lol. I do like the kit, as i've never seen another 33 with either my front bar, or my grill. Pays to be different More pics:
  23. not for me gotta work saturday too...
