  1. Yes its alright, maybe a bit on the ex side
  2. Is it on later?
  3. Hey all, I am looking for a pair of genuine n1 side skirts. As long as the actual items are in good condition, does not matter what the paint is like. PM me with prices. Cheers Mike
  4. ...who didn't have the time to drive it and has been kept in a dry, clean garage under a car cover for the past 7 years, explaining the low (genuine!) mileage. Also, the car goes really good for what it is. Possibly a 'freak' engine from the factory
  5. Hmm, thats new
  6. Definitely a money making scheme
  7. Ah, that sounds more like it
  8. Yes, all Skylines use coilover suspension from factory. To see if they are adjustable, look for little knobs either at the bottom of the shock, or in your engine bay at the strut tops.
  9. Personally, i'd go for all 4 same sized rims. TurboX is spot on the money.
  10. Interesting, any links?
  11. Even though pricey, those prices seem pretty cheap considering Nissan's infamous expensive prices.
  12. By tilting their head I guess. I guess what hes trying to say is its just another thing that cops may pick on. But so is almost everything else you do to your car Btw, if anyone decides to remove their inner fender guards after reading this thread, i'll be happy to take them off your hands
  13. No matter what exhaust you have, what car you drive, unburnt fuel or not, if the car has been running for 15 minutes its going to be too hot too touch with your hand Unburnt fuel should not really affect the heat of your exhaust. If you're running really rich, your car may backfire on full throttle or gearshifts and you will hear a POP sound. Also, the smell issue as Eug mentioned. Also, why is this a concern for you? Unless the exhaust is making funny noises or glowing red I doubt its really an issue.
  14. Hahaha :laughing-smiley-014: Plus fat tyres look hektik.
  15. Yeah exactly. Why are the 'N1' headlamps clearly non-projector while the lower spec normal ones are? If someone can clear up what exactly are N1 headlamps and what makes them special?
  16. lol
  17. ^ lol I actually dont have inner guards on one side, after a minor mishap with the sand trap, ripping my front lip, plastic guard thingy underneath the engine bay and one side of my inner guard out. The inner guard doesnt really concern me, just more of the plastic piece that stops sand and stuff from going into the engine bay. Its hard to find that piece and I was thinking maybe just get a diffuser which should work just as well
  18. Anyone want to polish some pipes for me, or got any good suggestions? They already have a polished finish but they're old. I tried cleaning it with household cleaner (Mr. Muscle etc.) to get the grime off then used normal polish and elbow grease but still looks just as crappy, but slightly cleaner .
  19. ^ Good point. Never thought of that before. Never wanted to take it off though
  20. Getting a standalone is essential (IMO) especially when you're running bigger turbos. Your main problem there is that your injectors and AFMs will be out of flow.
  21. Yeah its mainly for peace of mind knowing theres something shielding tiny pieces of crap getting stuck in between the gear teeth and belt.
  22. Yeah, i lost power and i wasn't even getting 1 psi of pressure. The first time it popped off I had to go back in and forced it back on. The 2nd time it happened it was dislodged way too far off and i didnt have the tools to fit it back on so i had to drive all the way back to my workshop with the hose off. Not the best thing to do but i had no choice besides getting a few hundred dollar bill to get it towed back. I was having trouble even getting to 80kmh
  23. Good job on finding it. That was exactly what i was talking about
