who has these intercoolers ? i have a high flowed r32 RB20det turbo on the said motor running 13psi thru the stock cooler, i find that it just heat soaks and pisses me off... some nites the inlet temp sits at 49deg c i am lookin for a FMIC.....

also, how is it possible to tell if a coil pack has shit itself? the spark plugs are black ontop, but they still have a gap... any ideas and suggestions on what to do!!

idles normally, it only stutters when its under load. it does sometimes pick up and drives normally, but then stutters again. doesnt blow any smoke at all. i was running 10psi... which shouldnt have beena problem

hi i got an r32 RB20det... and its developed a big misfire tonite i boosted 1st then 2nd... at about 4500rpm in 2nd i noticed the car started to surge and stutter, so i immediately backed off... after that the car was sounding like a WRX the whole way home. and it felt like a truck to take off from the lights however... when cruising along it picked up again and drove normally... then went back to missing... could notice a huge performance difference between the miss and proper firing. what are some possible problems i am facing? i run an EMS computer and a MAP sensor... so it aint AFM related. the miss is pretty much constant now.. but it does go away sometimes. any help will be greatly appreciated.

for best efficiency you will want it near the throttle body. the stock position is probably the best for that. installing it towards the front of the car where the cooler pipes are isnt gonna be beneficial to anything but the wank factor by gaining 1dB of extra noise.

hey guys i have noticed something very upsetting to me.... i have a HR31 GT Passage... and when i have the lights on at nite on the inside 2 rocket lights come on. when i press the brake.. all 4 rocket lights light up. someone mentioned to me that for compliancing they used to disconnect the lights like that.. so as to only have 2 lights in total on at the rear. i have pulled the assembley apart, i cant see any cut wires, but i suck at electrics, the globes for both rocket lights are dual element so this means to me that they should all be able to light up with the headlights on. Thanks for any info... and if anyone knows how to fix the problem give us a yell.

how does this BOV compare to the factory BOV ?? i do notice that the factory bov leaks sometimes on light boost and vents all the time when the throttle is closed... even on 3000rpm/ 0vac 0 boost gear changes Thanks

hey guys what kinda estimated power would my car be putting out? specs are as follows: HR31 GT Passage (1440kg) R32 Silver Top RB20det 3" from turbo back exhuast high flowed R32 RB20det turbo EMS Dual Sport I 604 Boost cut of 105kpa which about = 14.7psi stock R32 cooler.. temps sit around 39-41deg any ideas ?? my r32 turbo has been highflowed using steel compressor wheels. It has a fatter compressor wheel and boosts a little bit late.. around 3500rpm.. could be worth doing.
