scotch brite it first then prep it with a few coats of under coat, then black enamel. Never fade again. obviously cut it up and make it look cool before hand

are you saying you can hear the starter spinning but not turning over the motor? if this is the case turn it off then flick it straigh back on. sometimes will cause the pinion to push out as and grab the flywheel

not sure tbh? im sure its 1 bolt hole that will be slightly further away. Great quality mounts for the price i just with they had sliders built in.

these are the seat mounts i have matty boy. Only prob i find is they sit a little high with my buckets on the rail bolts to them

i think we are on a slightly different street here compared to alcohol/smokes etc im with you TEST is not a bad thing given you have the knowledge of what its going to do, how to use it, where to inject it or even how to inject it. Not to mention side effects.

are you saying that he should do test before; 1. working out a proper nutironal plan 2. before proper form and a routine is put together 3. without any dedicated re-search from that person into what TEST is and what is should also be taken with? i mean i can keep going here but saying TEST after u basically flammed the guy for his poor form seems a little extreme

This! doesnt matter if you only add 500grams and only manage to do 8 reps instead of 10. Continue to do the same each week. You will increase muscle and strength aslong as you just add that little weight everytime. This can be dont for the last set only aswell (then use that as the start weigth for the next session next week or when ever u hit it again)
